Spacious Waterview Condo - Steps To The Beach, Right Across The Street!

Prime location close to the center of town in the fabulous SeaView Condo building in the heart of Oak Bluffs. Highly desirable property with stunning ocean views from nearly every window with this larger well-appointed recently upgraded (Winter 2021/2022) corner unit. Open Living and Dining areas, plus cozy beach-and-park-facing deck, as well as a well-equipped Kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a full bath with luxury shower and opens onto the deck with its grand water and breath-taking sunrise views. There is a second Bedroom and full bath with tub/shower. The condo building association also has an outdoor shower and small grilling area. This is the place for your summer vacation, steps to The Inkwell Beach right across the street! Everything in very close proximity and walking distance: parks, restaurants, shopping, boats, bike path, and even the Oak Bluffs ferry, so no car needed! However, there is one free parking space available for the unit should you choose to bring a vehicle. Golf and tennis also down the road. Great for couples and small families. We have had many satisfied, repeat visitors. Air purifiers (with HEPA filters) and A/C unit also available.

This is the perfect location! It is steps to the beach and an easy walk to town center. The view of the beach and the boats going by was lovely. Everything we needed was provided; from beach towels to kitchen equipment, it was all clean, accessible and in good shape. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout with a spacious living room and dining area was perfect for our family of 4. Host Marisha was very helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this condo!

Great Location and Views!

Perfect spot for our family to visit for a Wedding on the island. Located across the street from beach, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and ferry. All the necessities were included in the condo and Marisha was very responsive to any questions we had.

Oak Bluffs Good Location

Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Even walkable from ferry if you had no vehicle. Right across the street from the beach. The unit was ground floor with small deck on road side. Unfortunately it is a busy street and there is road noise. But walk across the street and sit on the beach in 2 minutes and enjoy the view and breezes. Owner was very helpful with local information.

Perfect location, lovely condo

We spent a week at the condo. It’s so easy to get around. Very near all the restaurants and shopping but also across the street from the beach. The condo is comfortable and quiet. We will be back!

An absolute gem in Oak Bluffs!!

This is the perfect spot for a Martha’s Vineyard vacation! The location is absolutely amazing - just steps from Inkwell Beach and very short walk to the harbor and all the great shops and restaurants of Oak Bluffs. Towels and beach chairs are provided which makes a trip to the beach even better. The layout is great with plenty of room for our family of four. The main bedroom has an oceanfront view and the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the park and the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the small patio and enjoying the view. Marisha is a fabulous and extremely responsive host - very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a great experience from start to finish! Condo was very clean with very comfortable beds, linens and seating. It’s within walking distance of all restaurants, buses to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven and shopping! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Marisha is a dream to work with. Communication was superb!

Wonderful location! Great host!

This is a wonderful place!! The location is perfect for the beach and everything in downtown Oak Bluffs. It is a short walk from the ferry, restaurants, shops, etc., so you don't need a car at all. The host communicates throughout to assure you have everything you need. My sister and I were there with our teenage daughters. We all loved the place so much. There is a balcony that overlooks the water - giving amazing views of sunrise. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!

Fabulous vacation at “The Vineyard”!

Everything was wonderful. The host was very helpful and shared some great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and the location had great views of the beach from the terrace. We were able to walk to town and enjoy eating, shopping, and mingling. Really looking forward to my next visit and this place is at the top of my list.

Close to everything in OB

The condo is in a perfect location. It is right across the street from the beach and is a 5 minute walk to Circuit Ave. There is even a parking spot. Keyless entry makes it so easy and stress free.

Great view!

This property is in a great location, just across from the beach and an easy stroll to Ocean Park, through gingerbread homes or to restaurants, which are busy at dinnertime. A great option is bringing takout back to the condo, where you can't beat the view! (Spectacular sunrises!) There's a parking spot (which aren't easy to come by) so you can bring your car to explore the rest of the island (explore early to beat the crowds.) You can, however, easily walk from the ferry if you don't bring a car. Ground floor is easily accessible, but also puts you at the level of the traffic, which can be loud and consistent, at least during peak season.

Great location, Friendly owner, Rough accommodations

We checked in to this property after spending the day on the beach. We did not receive check-in instructions until after the check In time and they did not include the unit number - I had to reach out to the owner, who was happy to help. Upon check in, there was a stuffy and musty smell- the unit was humid and sticky. Attempted to turn on the AC with the thermostat and couldn’t- reached out again to the owner to learn that the only ac in the unit was a freestanding unit in the living room- not sufficient for the space, but we made it work. Went to sleep to wake up to all of us with severe allergies and asthma (some of us that didn’t even realize we had them). The mold and musty smell much worse to a point of it being intolerable. Sent the kids off to ride bikes for the day while my sisters and I attempted to deep clean the condo and air it out. Went to the beach and returned to the same conditions. After much back and forth and some help from VRBO, the owner relocated us to a motel on the island- however, by this point we had already lost our entire day and evening as by the time we were moved it was almost 9:00pm. Needless to say- this was not how we wanted to spend our much needed and anticipated Vineyard vacation. We rented a condo to have one space to enjoy together, but instead ended up split between two different motel rooms on opposite sides of the building. We essentially lost an entire full day of our trip. I suggest that the owner replace the wall to wall carpet in the condo as I believe this is the issue with moisture and mold retention. Owner is definitely aware of the I ssue as there is a dehumidifier on premise for renters to use (we emptied two full drawers of water in under an hour) as well as air purifiers in every room and absorbent air fresh containers throughout the entire condo. At one point in the conversation she stated that it was due to the heavy rains on there vineyard the week prior, but she did not sound surprised in the least by my concerns. If you want a relaxing vacation that you can breathe at the end of- this isn’t the place for you.

Excellent Condo and Location

This condo is centrally located and easily accessible to the local shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was great to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise with an ocean view right across the street. It was clean and well equipped with all things needed to enjoy the beach. The owner shared places to visit and they happily answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Perfect location!

Great property. Clean, plenty of space. Perfect location. Love Inkwell Beach and access to shops, activities and restaurants! The walking trail is right there. Beautiful views. Marisha was a perfect host!
