"This is the former Conde Naste headquarters so the property is very stylish and impressive. It’s a huge hotel with a recent remodel so there are conferences on the weekdays and weddings on the weekends. I was there on a Monday, so it was quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep. Rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. I liked the quality of the shampoo etc. Some rooms face the interior atrium which I would probably not be comfortable in since there could be noise from the bar area."

"We were promised breakfast from 7-11am. we got to breakfast at about 9:45am to seeing a staff member cleaning up. We had-no breakfast and told not to expect any on Sunday. That was disappointing, we had to order dunkin' donuts. We were not able to use the steam room and jacuzzi which was out of order. The place is beautiful but what was missing was disappointing."

"We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good."

Daniel (front desk manager) and Maria were unfailingly helpful no matter how trivial the question, and that set the tone for my five-day visit. "When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. "I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket.
