"Staff working in restaurant & during breakfast were warm and helpful. The staff that were at the entrance & managing golf buggy were inflexible and unhelpful. Also the hotel charged us for mini bar for water bottles that looked very similar to the complementary water bottles. Seemed very confusing ..."
