"Literally the WORST place I have ever stayed.. literally filthy. Blood stains on the duvets , the bathroom shower towels were all stained and the floor shower towel literally had dirty foot prints on them. The staff were told about it and they DID NOT even care! "What a neat place to stay on Balsam. We had a blast at your Oasis and what a patio! Super neat cabin setup as well. Fit our needs for fires, cards and cooking! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on the lake!"

"When we checked in the cabin was dirty. There were cooked tater tots in the oven. Toilets were dirty . Concerns about stairs going to the lake are rotting way. Definitely not safe the hand rail go up the stairs is very lose and the first step going in bad shape aslo. The view from the deck is nice. ..."
