"Everything was perfect, the room , location, the staff. My only comment would be on thr parking.. i wish there is like a drop of location where I could just drop thr luggage and check in before getting into the parking. When I phoned the lady she said we can't give you access to the parking before check in and paying. This was inconvenient as no other parking was available around the building. "The property description is not right. I booked one bedroom for 3 people. Normally there is a sofa bed . However there was none and property charged 40GBP per night for rollaway bed.
5 days out of 8 there was only one lift working for a hotel of hundreds of rooms.
Internet is very slow and guest Internet is only for Bonvoy members"
