"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor.

Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking
Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated
Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile"

"The hotel was fine, it was a good location near the airport and the price was reasonable. Room had a very musty smell and seemed “damp”. Beds were comfy enough. I would likely stay here again for one night just for ease of access to the airport but wouldn’t stay here for a long term visit."

"It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night.
None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me.
As for the room, it was nice and spacious,...
