- Central location: 3 minutes to the subway, about 20 minutes to the old town, about 25–30 minutes to the trade fair

Kitchen? Of course:

– Microwave, kettle, coffee machine, double induction hob, and refrigerator

– No stove/oven – but compact, well thought out, and functional



Special features:

– No TV – for more peace, focus, and real conversations

– Thorough cleaning after each stay; due to the tiles, occasional material-related stains may remain visible

– The front rooms have large shop windows. Privacy is only provided in the living area on the sofa side; in the dining and working area, only by opaque frosted glass sections. Please consider this before booking (see photos).
