"I really enjoyed my stay at Cocolala Beach house. From the owner Carola, to the staff, they were all extremely friendly and helpful. "Very good property. Literally a minute away from the beach. Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast at Mahi Mahi was also good. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. "when we were checking in ismail told us that there was something wrong with the air conditioning in our room. he therefore took us to another hotel, which was a bit more expensive and said that we could stay there for the same price if we wanted. we thought that air conditioning is good to have in Zanzibar, so we accepted the offer. therefore unfortunately I can't say much about nungwi beach front hotel. but I was in contact with ismael during the whole stay and he arranged several trips for us....

We stayed for 3 nights in a garden cottage room, the first room we were given had one lamp for lighting and was close to construction, after speaking to management about the less than average room, we were moved to another garden cottage room which was better.
