We really enjoyed the 6 nights in Puerto Vallarta, at Brad and Joey's place. Beautiful views, as advertised, and a relaxing environment made for a great trip. Appreciated the tips we got to enjoy the area even more.

Fantastic as always

We had a fantastic stay at this resort rental at Villa La Estancia. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there; we loved that the cupboard was stocked with the little things you might need - salt, spices, coffee, sunscreen, totes, etc. We also barbecued a couple of nights using the BBQ on the balcony.The rental owners were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We requested a late checkout, and they got back to us the same day - which we really appreciated. It made our travel day way less stressful.The property was well maintained, and the facilities were spotless. The staff was friendly and polite, always greeting us with a smile. We also liked the mini key fobs instead of traditional key cards you need to carry in a wallet or purse.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again - this was our second stay. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Stay in La Estancia

This was our second stay in one of Brad and Joey’s units in La Estancia. Our whole family: Grandmother, Mom, Dad and 2 teens had a wonderful time! The villa suite was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped! Can’t wait to return next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Brad & Joey's condo at Villa La Estancia. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with welcome beers and a perfect view of the Nuevo Vallarta sunset. Everything was as advertised and we will definitely stay here again.

Awesome views and beautiful property

VILLA LA ESTANCIA was amazing! This unit is so close to the beach. We liked to sleep to sound of the ocean. Unit had everything you would need to cook there or not. We did all inclusive for 3 days and enjoyed all restaurants at La Estancia and Flamingos next door. Marco at the pool took care of us! Beach was clean and had some vendors walking by but they didn’t bother if you were not interested. No push to do a time share presentation either. We enjoyed the town of Bucerías nearby and is an easy walk. Mr Cream was excellent for breakfast! We also did a snorkeling trip and Rythms of the Night. The evening show is a must see! Fantastic performance. Brad and Joey are wonderful owners and very very attentive. Reached out several times to check in on us and help with coffee machine advise. Ha We definitely want to return to PV and this property. End of April is a slower time to visit if you don’t like crowds. Property is well worth value! The staff had our bill exact and we had no complaints. My birthday trip was one to be remembered. I even got serenaded at my birthday dinner at steak restaurant! Highly recommend Thx Brad and Joey

Great Property - Great Condo

Property is well kept, nice location, great having access to Flamingos next door. Condo itself is in a great location with spectacular beach and pool views. Brad and Joey were great - we had a couple questions during our trip and they were super responsive and helpful. Recommend.

Wonderful family trip

AThis place was just awesome. Such a beautiful location on the beach. Our son who is 5 loved it. I highly recommend it. We stayed primarily on the Villa del Estancia side, it was much calmer & relaxed for families. We would absolutely come back & take the in-laws since there was so much room. Thank you again.

First time in Puerto Vallarta

Our villa at Villa La Estancia was perfect - clean, roomy and has a great view of the pool and beach. The staff at the resort were always helpful and friendly. The bartenders at the swimup bar made great drinks all week. We ordered lunch and snacks from the poolside waiters. Definitely order the guacamole and chips! We had dinner at the Estancia and Flamingo restaurants and every meal was delicious. We used the cheat sheet from Brad and Joey to make the most of our stay - massages on the beach, trying nearby restaurants, swimming with Dolphins and sailing on the bay. We definitely recommend Puerto Vallarta and would highly recommend a rental from Brad and Joey!

Wonderful beach, disappointing service

Overall this property is a good value in terms of the amount of space and proximity of the unit to a swimmable beach with nice sand. The property is considered 5 stars because of amenities such as valet parking and on-site spa. I would assign 3 stars overall based on quality of the facility, which is somewhat outdated, moderate amenities, and sub-par service. Positive highlights include the amount of space, room layout, well functioning AC, better-than-average gym, can hear the waves from the room, large balcony, on-site doctor, not too crowded even during a peak week for travel, very few bugs, nice landscaping, warm pool temperature, and swimmable beach. Negatives were stains on bedding, extremely hard mattresses that were painful, poor Wi-Fi, terrible/old TVs and few channels, pool lounge chairs in poor condition and not enough towels, pool/spa and walkways covered in painfully rough aggregate texture that cut our feet and snagged swimsuits, slow service at pool (1 hr to order and receive drinks or food) cold hot tubs, weak shower heads, outdated (built 2007, maintained but not remodeled), only 2 restaurants with limited hours and mediocre food. Sadly, the service level was the lowest we've experienced in Mexico and at any resort. It was hard to find employees and we had a hard time getting food and beverages anywhere. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Items left behind by prior guests were convenient although there were a few things like mattress toppers, beach toys, and liquid hand soap that would have been nice. The property is a better fit for couples and families with teenagers. Our kids (6 and 8) were told daily not to play in the pool, that they couldn't have a 2" pool ball to play with, and that they needed to be quiet. They were not obnoxious at all and we felt bad having to shush them all day and tell them not to play. One employee took down our name and room number after we got a warning about the small ball, as though we were on a naughty list. There were lots of people "monitoring" but only one server for the pool. I was thankful for the on-site doctor, which helped me avoid a visit to the hospital for stitches. But the staff took 45 mins to send the doctor to our room to respond to a head injury with loss of blood. They gave the doctor the wrong room number and couldn't find a wheelchair. We had a good trip but wonder if they might have been short-staffed during our trip.

Incredible as expected

Second time booking with Brad & Joey at VLE with the same great communication when booking and expectations of our stay. Last stay was pre-COVID so weren't sure what to expect this stay but it was as fabulous as ever! Brough friends with us who absolutely LOVED it as well and said they would definately be booking again! Thankyou again, Brad & Joey for your wonderful hospitatility in your villa! We will be back!

Another Amazing stay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at. Villa La Estancia at one of Brad and Joeys Villas. Our stay was perfect once again! The property is immaculatly maintained, it's an absolute paradise. Our villa was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay perfect! Brad and Joey are wonderful hosts. They kept in communication with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at Villa la Estancia treated us like we were VIP's. Providing towel service, drink/food service at the pool and on the beach, and always checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and having a wonderful time. Want to give a special shout out to Fidel with security, he was very attentive to us and incredibly friendly. But, honestly, everyone there was lovely. I just can't say enough! We will be back!

Vaca Bday

This was a beautiful location and villa. The rooms were really well done with decorations. And we were surprised at just how big the entire suite was. We knew it would be nice and luxurious, but wow it was spacious. The deck was huge and I spent most late evenings out there just people/resort watching and listening to the waves. Our 5 year old was cray about the pool and having such a large room for her and our 13 year old. We spent just three nights; but know that our next trip we'll want to have a few more at Brad and Joey's.

Paradise!!

I really cannot say enough great things about our stay at Brad and Joey's. I spent days looking for the perfect place near Puerto Vallarta and i most definitely found it. Everything was even better than described! Brad and Joey's unit is gorgeous - it was the perfect place for a family of 4. We loved the hotel. We found a big difference between La Estancia and the sister hotel next door. We were very happy to be staying in Estancia (quiet, class, such a great vibe) and loved being able to visit next door for all the restaurants and activities including the kids club which my kids absolutely adored! We opted for 4 days of all inclusive (arranged directly with the hotel) and 3 days on our own which allowed us to explore Bucerias - so glad we did, it is so charming and all of the restaurants on the beach provide such a wonderful scene! We were so thankful to have all of the recommendations from Brad and Joey for where to eat, what to do, what to see- we found this an invaluable piece of the experience of staying in their condo. Only one think i would note about the room set up - the two bedrooms have locking doors so they can be two separate units - our kids were too young to close their door, so we left the doors open at night. It just meant there was some noise from the hallway as the main door to both units is more of an iron gate than a full door. It really was not an issue just good to know ahead of time. We really hope we will be back!! My kids are asking every day when we are going back! Thank you for everything!

Everything as promised and more....

Brad and Joey's unit is one the nicest ones at Villa La Estancia. Brad and Joey are excellent hosts, communicated everything well in advance and very responsive to all our questions/requests. The unit is very close to the beach and pool and lots of updates have been done. The pantry and fridge were so well stocked - that was such a nice touch! Overall a 5 star stay- we would definitely rent with them again!

Best Villa at La Estancia #1302!

We were just at Villa La Estancia last week staying in Brad and Joey's Villa #1302. You will not find any to compare. The location, cleanliness, View, everything was PERFECT! I never want to stay any where else. Dealing with Brad was excellent and the people at La Estancia were unbelievable. Our family and friends that joined us said the video of La Estancia doesn't do it justice because it was the most beautiful place they have ever stayed. Amazing location + wonderful stay

It is amazing what you can get for your money at Villa La Estancia, esp. compared to Hawaii which we also considered. Twice (if not more) closer to the beach, twice as much space, no need for a rental car. Great beach, great pool, wonderful spa, friendly staff, good COVID protocol, decent poolside food and drinks (and you can also bring your own), lots of shade. The villa itself is very large and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the full kitchen and especially things like condiments and laundry soap that you hate to have to buy when you only need a little. That kind of touch goes a long way! As mentioned we came during Covid (post vaccination, beginning of Delta variant) and were pleasantly surprised how well the resort handled it. Staff were also masked/distanced and guests were too in the indoor areas. Plenty of space to be comfortably distanced near and in the pool. We (and our cab drivers) were offered hand sanitizer upon arriving back to the resort. Overall we felt a lot more comfortable than we thought we might in this climate and it was SO NICE to have a real vacation! We booked several excursions from the Vallarta Adventures office on site, which were a bit of a mixed bag, but highly recommend the ziplining and off-roading trips if you have teens. The snorkle trip felt expensive for what was (we upgraded to the "luxury" option and although the boat was bigger, they still drop you off to snorkle with a zillion other people from other trips - I'd look for a more private operation if you want to snorkle). Note: if you sit through the (fairly low pressure as these things go) time share presentation you get a discount card that is valuable for excursions - 30% off and cheap massages at the spa-- and also food savings on resort). We went into town (Bucerias) most nights for dinner which was a $5 cab ride. Highlights included Karens (right on the beach, great ambience- great for brunch too), Marks' (not on the beach but still great and the best mojito we've ever had), Los Brujos - amazing beachfront deck and interesting fresh seafood Mexican flair, and our new find, La Negra, on a side street - this is the hip happening spot with the locals and younger folks. Interesting yummy drinks and "foodie" tacos and other stuff. Definitely need a reservation for that one! The resort dining was just okay and pricier but still way cheaper than Hawaii! lol.
