"Nice clean new place to stay It’s about 20 minutes outside Springdale and away from the hustle and bustle of that town. We did not mind the drive at all to get to Springdale. Rooms were clean, breakfast the same as all Fairfield hotels. Pool was outside and very nice area to relax in the chairs in the shade. Workout room was new and clean. Overall, a very nice place to stay, I highly recommend it. "

"Good option to go to Zion without being in Springdale. Good price to quality ratio and clean hotel vs. other available options. It’s not spectacular but it will do."

"The hotel is older but the rooms are updated and clean. The hallway and stairs carpet is very dirty and could use a shampoo. The indoor-outdoor pool is a very cool feature. The hotel is very large with a game area. Breakfast is included but isn't fantastic."

"This property is always well maintained. The room is spotless. And the breakfast is different each day and always a great start to your day. The location is convenient to highway and Zion without all the traffic in town. This is our third year staying here and will again next year."

"The bed was not soft. The pillows were too small. It was definitely not a five star hotel more like upgraded motels work. The air-conditioning did not work. The hot water shower knob did not work not functional. There was a stain on the room towels and the ceilings were leaking their stains all over them... the housekeeping decided to vacuum the hallway carpets at 8 o'clock in the morning. Might even be a little before that as well you could hear everything through the rooms, no privacy."

"Breakfast was good., pool was dirty but we went in because it was hot..my husband skimmed the pool off.. Room was good..My god, the amount of people who slam their room doors is ridiculous!! Close to Zion. Restaurants in town just fine.."

"Had everything we needed to pick up groceries at Walmart on our way in from Kolob canyon, had breakfast in room, packed sandwiches for lunch, in Zion, ate at Main Street cafe twice! Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Washed a load of clothes in about 30 minutes."
