"Went here as surprise for my mother her 60th birthday. We and she Loved the hotel! It looks so fresh and chique. The location was also perfect. Within 10 min you are in the city center. The only thing is that we missed dinner options or the possibility to order food later in the evening. But would definitely recommend this amazing place!!! "

"Don't hesitate, just book! What can I say - the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location. Set back from St Stephen's Square, we found it very quiet base & so easy to get to around the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. The beautiful bathroom had Penhaligon toiletries, rain shower & separate bidet toilet. A lovely welcome note, bottle of wine and treats awaited us in the room. A Nespresso machine & complimentary mini bar, stocked...

"Be aware that if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch, there is a skylight directly above it that cannot be covered so bright light at the crack of dawn. Otherwise a very nice place about a 20 minute walk to most tourist areas."

"The hotel was okay, pretty dated and even the door handles came off when using. Today one actually dropped hard on my foot, but maybe it was just our room. The room was also very humid even though we tried to turn the temperature down, maybe it was due to the bathroom with no ventilation, luckily the windows opened. I think the best part about this hotel is the location as it is very close to the city center. You can walk to most popular landmarks. So it depends what’s important to you. "

"The staff was fantastic--top to bottom they were friendly and helpful. Great room; comfortable bed; central location; very clean; very quiet; a good value. A physical refreshing would make this a 5-star rating, for example replacing the carpet on the main staircase, fill in missing tiles at the shower floor. All told, I would stay here again."

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."
