"The hot water did not work in the bathroom, everything was falling apart. No pressure with the water."

"The staff was very polite. Breakfast was ok. Someone was smoking marijuana in the building when we arrived for checkin. Every time we returned to the hotel there was someone in the parking lot smoking. The doors were very difficult to open, especially if you are handicapped."

"Historic building in good location. It is next to the convention center and near the metro rail. Several nice restaurants are nearby."

"The Hyatt was a great place to stay during our trip to St. Louis. The room was very comfortable and we could see The Arch and Mississippi River from our room. The variety of restaurants in the hotel was a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was very clean as well."

"Nic, clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice. The room had some wear and tear-dead bolt was loose, missing electrical plate, loose toilet seat and a burnt out light bulb, but clean and comfortable (great mattresses)."

"Our room was very clean. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the evening snack/drink was a great bonus. The staff at the front desk and throughout the facility were very nice. We would stay there again. When traveling in the future I would certainly look at other Drury hotels first."

"It was a ok to stay there. I think the property just needs some new up dates/remodeling. Just brighten up the colors in the hotel is very dark but I think it’s cause it’s just an older building? And the entryway when you come in was not very displayed like the entryway, but I figured it out"
