Bike store. Electric vehicle charing point, at cost. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole.. Situated in the rural heart of Norfolk, this cosy detached bungalow with its own private garden offers footpath walking from the door. Centrally located for visiting Norfolk’s many attractions including the cathedral city of Norwich, National Trust houses and gardens, Sandringham Estate, The Broads, and award-winning coastline all easily accessible. Local attractions include Dinosaur Adventure Park, fishing, nature reserve, riding, golf and cycling. Lyng village, 1¼ miles, in the picturesque Wensum Valley offers shop, pub, garage, sporting facilities and country club with bowls, making this ideal for holidays at all times of the year.

Truly a home from home

This property exceeded all our expectations. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious comfortable lounge, lovely bedrooms, lots of books & games on offer and the lovely enclosed garden. Will definitely book again.
