Very close to casinos, located between them on a side street in Norwich, convenient to downtown! private parking for 1 car, street parking also available.
You have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to yourselves in a 3 family home. Please be mindful of tenants with noise after 9pm. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable.
Older home, with vaulted ceilings and original charm, price is right for the area. Welcome!

This was my first experience with staying in a VRBO. The location provided the perfect setting for a girls' trip. Having a kitchen was a great treat. The cozy living room provided a welcome place for morning coffee and chats. Appreciated the tv options. Enjoyed seeing the daffodils coming to life and imagine the yard is very pretty when more of the flowers are in bloom. Thank you!

Great location, exactly as listed!

We enjoyed our stay very much - exactly as listed, clean, plenty of room to spread out, comfortable newer mattresses, easy communication with owner.The neighborhood is an old mill home neighborhood - yes the homes are older (with beautiful architectural details if you care to look) but are cared for, and the neighborhood is quiet. We parked behind the home off street which was perfect.The apartment is most of the first floor and had everything we needed. Good heat, plenty of hot water, no loud neighbors like a hotel, we’ve already decided on our next trip and hope to stay here again.

Great house near Mohegan Sun

Open, spacious, clean and perfect for 3 friends wanting to be near Mohegan Sun but not stay on property. The house had everything we needed!! I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit the area.

Checks all the boxes

Stayed in Gary’s rental this past weekend and was satisfied with our stay! We were thankful to see after our long travels that there was water in the fridge, food to snack on, and stocked essentials like feminine hygiene products and kitchen ware. The check in was easy and was also accommodated for a later check out last minute, which was helpful. Overall, it was a clean environment and would recommend! Thanks Gary :)

We stayed to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. The location was great for our needs (casinos and mystic). The owner Gary made it a breeze to check in. The place was bigger than we expected and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Gregg is a great host, very fast to respond to questions. Property has great architecture (pre 1900) and features. Roomy and comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. Apartment could use washcloths and an iron. Other than that it was a great stay at a cool house that was clean. Check-in and out was fast and easy.

Much Bigger Than Envisioned

We were very surprised how big the property was. My teenage kids loved the privacy in their rooms and that there was a smart TV in each room. The property was close enough to a very delicious pizza establishment in Norwich, with a quality scenic walk alongside a river. Gary was available for a quick question. A fantastic deal.

Convenient Location

We were in town for a wedding. The location was close to most of the events and beds were comfortable! If you have more than 1 car, parking could be problematic, but overall a reasonably priced, very clean and comfy place to stay. The owner/manager Gary communicated from our initial booking several months in advance, the the weeks before, days before & after we checked out.
