Centre Comercial del Nord-oest

Honestly this place is trashed out. Yeah it's says Hilton on the side, but it's really an old Motel 6 as far as quality. Rooms, beds, elevators and everything else is outdated. My room never got below 75° and smelled awful. Furniture is peeling, water never got past lukewarm. Toilet flushed but always left some jabronis chilling. I would never recommend or stay at this place again. Also the curtains smelled like cigarettes

We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.

The gentleman who check me in was RUDE! He talked to me like I was a child. I would have left then but the room fee was none refundable. In addition: The bathroom was dirty. The towels were dirty. The carpet was dirty and frayed. The ceiling plaster was falling down. There were crumbs on the floor and chairs. The sprinklers were rusting and didn’t look like they would work. The blinds were stained. They had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit! I was very disappointed and didn’t get any sleep. I checked out early the next morning. I absolutely would not recommend staying at there!!!
