The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise."

"Size and location of property was good, but owner knew the oven was broken since he text me minutes before I was able to check in and did not have it repaired or have an alternative to bake with. We were left with a make due kind of attitude. For the cost, there should have been something there to bake with especially since we were staying 4 nights and a party of 8. Maybe have Amazon deliver a toaster oven?? Owner has not reinvested any of its proceeds to updating or providing decent towels and...

"The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. "This property is screaming, “Please update me!”. 1960s stained, worn furniture, dirty, navy blue shag carpet, attempted cover up of mold in the shower with silicone, stained towels, and overall just not clean. Almost took my shoulder out of the socket trying to open and close most doors. The ONLY amenities are a small refrigerator and microwave.
