"The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all super friendly. The breakfast was good and lots of seating room.. The pool was down which was a huge bummer since we paid for a room that we had already felt was overpriced in hopes to take our son swimming and was not able to. The room was kinda small and overpriced in my opinion."

"AC unit in room could not be controlled. Display out and curtains over unit blew out in the room 3 feet when unit was on. All the air blew up to the ceiling "

"All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9"

"It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. Receptionist tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Expedia. One positive is that the bed was comfortable. "The sink was plugged I requested maintenance, they never came. The computer system was down I didn’t even check in the second time. I left and slept in my truck ….. horrible , stay away !!!"

"Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Stained sheets and HOLEs in bathroom walls. Drug addicts roaming the property asking for money. No help from staff and refused to acknowledge any of it."
