"We were given a room on the second floor next to the outdoor pool. During our first night we were awoken by loud voices partying and playing in the pool at 2:30 a.m. We tried to go back to sleep to no avail. Eventually we contacted the front desk and about an hour later (5a.m,) the noise stopped. I feel that the hotel ‘staff’ or lack of security enforcement was very poor or non existent. After we notified them there was no further response on their part. Expedia should refund one of the two...
