1 mile to ice castles and 4 miles to loon!

Wake up and hit the slopes in this centrally located Alpine Village end unit. This townhouse offers the perfect amount of space and comfort for an ideal vacation in the White Mountains. Walk to the Woodstock Brewery for Apres Ski. Swim in the river at Cascade Park. Grab an ice cream at Coneheads. There are endless adventures just outside your door.

***shared amenities are available off site at Nordic Inn. (pool, hot tub, sauna and gym)***

Feel at home in this spacious and stylish 2 story townhome in the White Mountains. Location is ideal as this home is centrally-located in downtown N. Woodstock. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day on the slope or hiking trails. Cozy up in the unit, or drive over to the recreation center to take a dip in the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Various mountain adventures are at your fingertips such as Clarks Bear, Whales Tale waterpark, Alpine Adventures Zip lining and so much more!

First level features a bedroom with a queen bed
Second bedroom is in the loft and features a queen bed. The ceilings are sloped and a bit low, but its a decent sized space.
There is a twin bed with a twin trundle in an alcove in the loft living room

Townhouse amenities include:
Loon Mountain is less than 10 minutes away for easy first chair
2 Full bathrooms

Nordic Inn Off-site amenities include:
Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna
Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub

Guests will have full access to the townhome and shared access to the off-site recreation center for all staying guests.

Unfortunately, our HOA strictly prohibits renters from using woodstoves and fireplaces, so the woodstove will not be available during your stay.

Self check in, but I am local if needed.

While pets are not allowed during rentals, the homeowner does have a dog. Keep that in consideration if you have allergies.

The upstairs bedroom is small with sloped ceilings. It may not be ideal for adults depending on spatial comfort.

Unfortunately, our HOA prohibits renters from using woodstoves and fireplaces, so the woodstove will not be available during your stay.

VACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.”

RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 6 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.

PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.

WOOD STOVE: Guests are STRICTLY PROHIBITED PER THE HOA to use the woodstove. The HOA fine for renters using the woodstove is $3000 (three thousand dollars) they take this very seriously. Please do not use the locked woodstove.

WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.


INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, North Woods Vacation Rentals LLC, and the homeowner, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, fines, penalties, loss of personal belongings, or theft of property, which is made, incurred, or sustained by you and/or anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay. You and anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of third-party transportation vendors, the pool/hot tub, activities participated in while on the premises, or amenities provided at the property, as applicable.

GENERAL TERMS. If any section, clause, paragraph, or term of the Rental Agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, all other terms, clauses, or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees.

We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).

This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.

The Guests agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment and the acceptance of the booking agreement through the direct booking, VRBO or Airbnb platform.

A well cared for, clean space that’s perfect for all that the Lincoln/N. Woodstock are has to offer. Easy access to food, shopping, winter and summer activities, and the Kancamagus Highway. A place to call home away from home. Parking was simple. If we’d stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the additional offsite amenities but enjoyed just hunkering in between our busy activities. Host was a real person with recommendations when we asked for them. Thanks for our stay!

Honestly more spacious than I anticipated. My S.O. actually made a comment about how well everything was dusted, so unit was very clean! Just a very cozy and complimenting place to stay. We enjoyed our stay greatly and hope to visit again in the future
