Exquisitely charming historic cottage located directly on the water. Have breakfast on your private deck as the sun rises, kayak/paddle board in the calm bay, enjoy long quiet walks on the beach, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Provincetown, and then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and seagulls. A peaceful oasis close to the galleries, restaurants, and shops of Provincetown.

The perfect little get-away

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were amazing and accommodating! The cottage was clean and adorable! It was the perfect setting for a nice long weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday!! Would definitely recommend!

Clean & comfy! The hosts are wonderful & easy to connect with, if necessary. You have everything you need to have a calm & relaxing vacation. I always appreciate when we are able to stay later in the season.

Perfect way to unwind

My husband and I truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this adorable cottage. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Great location and much closer to Provincetown than we realized, which was a big plus! It was wonderful to be right on the beach and so close to the ocean! Thank you!!!

If I could live there forever!

Wonderful quiet stay, right on the beach. The neighbors were very friendly, and didn’t treat us like an outsider. Easy to make it down to Provincetown or back toward Boston. This was no big city noise stay….all you could hear were the waves, and the moonlit glow and stars. The house is super cute, with friendly amenities to make the stay better. Keep up being awesome!

Cozy Beachfront Getaway

We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Although small, the thoughtful use of space made the cottage very functional and perfect for our needs. It was stocked with everything we needed and was close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everything about this beach house was just perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Location is amazing AC and heat work. Perfect. Great hot water and pressure. Super comfortable bed. Those are all my key points and everything was 10 out of 10 couldn’t be better.

Late Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The house and location was excellent and very convenient to everything in town. We did eat breakfast one morning at the house but then there is so many little place to eat in both towns that we just could not hit them all. The views from the back door where amazing. Thanks

Amazing Views

Unique dwelling with an amazing view of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. Great access to National Seashore and restaurants. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. The bed was very comfortable.
