"Although parking is tricky the facilities at the cottage were fine. It's right opposite two pubs which didn't cause any disruption. On the whole a good place to stay, it's about one minute from the sea."

"Angela was a great host and very responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay! It is a cosy, quiet home with an amazing view of the sea from the stairs and the upstairs main bedroom. All of the amenities that we expected were there (the washer/dryer combo needs a little TLC to operate). Craster is a delightful village and the Coastal Path is marvelous. Would definitely stay again!"

"I booked the property for my parents & their friend as a surprise getaway to relax. The first thing my parents commented on was how clean the property was and that it smelled amazing on arrival. "Loved Pyg Pen Cottage. Rock is a great central but quiet location close enough to Craster, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell as well as the Alnwick shops and Castle. Communication with the owner was exceptionally good. The property was spotless and very homely for the family with the kitchen well equipped. "This is a great house for friends or family. Beautifully presented with very comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. The location is excellent for walking the coastal path, and Craster was quiet and welcoming, with good food at the Holly Fisherman. Even blue skies and sunshine! Thanks to our hosts for a great stay. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass wir in einer ganz normalen englischen Wohnsiedlung wohnen konnten und so auch Kontakt mit den Bewohnern des Ortes bekommen haben. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war ganz einfach und alle Informationen absolut zuverlässig. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir viele Willkommensüberraschungen vor. Vielen Dank dafür!
