Stunning beachfront condo next to restaurant & a short drive to famous RumPoint

Welcome to our Kaibo condo, which we call "Seaside". This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 4 is fully furnished and ready for you to kick back and unwind. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a king upon request. The Cayman Kai offers great attractions like the bioluminescent bay, the newly renovated RumPoint (2023), and Starfish Point.

The property is located in Phase I of the Kaibo Yacht Club and is in a very quiet part of the Island. Enjoy views of the ocean from the second floor on your screened-in patio right in front of the pool and hot tub. The small complex of only 20 units offers an uncrowned white sand beach with ample lounge chairs to relax in. No crowds here, unlike on 7 Mile Beach.

Book an excursion from the marina just steps away or sit and watch the beautiful boats and Camana Bay water taxi bring travelers to the dock.

Seaside Condo offers fast fibre internet, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with over 40 channels if you want to just chill.
Fully equipped kitchen, central AC, and local management.

Enjoy Kaibo Beach Bar, Kaibo Beach Expresso just a 2-minute walk away. This wonderful outdoor restaurant offers many events like a weekly beach BBQ and a Lunar celebration each month. The "Upstairs at Kaibo" is one of the best restaurants on the island. No need to go anywhere else.

The condo was five star all the way. The property manager was clear in all communications and answered any questions promptly.It overlooks what is perhaps the quietest beach on the island - exactly what my wife and I want in a beach vacation.I would not hesitate to book this again when we are traveling to Grand Cayman.

The amenities of the condo were great, but the pool and hot tub were out of commission the entire time, and the fan in the master bedroom did not function. The location is superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful clean beach/pool front condo

Everything we needed was stocked in the condo. It was exceptionally clean. We loved the quietness of the Cayman Kai area. Would definitely stay again and prepare with more groceries, a few more excursions out in the sea.

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Experience

We cannot speak highly enough of this property. The owner and her management were easy to work with, responsive and had the property ready to go when we arrived. It was a week vacation with my wife and two teenage children, and the property was perfect for us. We loved staying on Rum Point versus near 7 Mile Beach and would do it again, just for the vibe of the area. The owner's to-do recommendations were spot on, and the location is fantastic for walks to Starfish Point and the bioluminescent bay. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed from kitchenware's to the washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub were used daily, and the proximity to the beach out back and beaches nearby was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Very nice property!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This property was nicely renovated, very clean, and well equipped. The kitchen was especially well stocked with cookware, utensils, serving pieces, and even the spices we needed to prepare several meals during our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and updated and the artwork was a nice touch. We felt very much at home during our stay.

Amazing!

We visited this area once in 2019 and fell in love. This particular condo on this last visit July 2024 met all of our needs and reinforced our love of the Kaibo/Rum Point area. The condo is exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. We have two teens so the twin beds were perfect. The rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfortable. Very well appointed, we had everything we needed. We love the ocean but need a pool to hang out in when we get salt watered out so the pool for us is a must. After our stay in this condo we moved to the SMB area and we missed this pool! We ventured around the island but had no problems with the local restaurants, not as many as SMB, but we knew this and were quite okay with it. Kaibo and the Rum Point area are great, head along the northern part of the island over to the East End or down south to Bodden Town. Lots to do and explore! We snorkeled everywhere we could thanks to all the public beach access points. We went to Starfish Point every evening for sunset, didn’t have to pay for a tour just drove a couple minutes from the condo. Absolutely stunning. If you like things a little quieter and calmer I recommend this area and if you want to stay in Kaibo I highly recommend this condo. The view, beautiful beach, the pool, the well-appointed and updated condo are simply perfect. The owners were very communicative and responsive. We will be back!

Great spot!

We stayed in this general development the last two trips to the Caymans. Both are right on the beach, have access to a well maintained pool and activities and provide the “Chillaxing” you’d expect from Rum Point. Beautiful condo and great location!

Rum point

Perfect place. We were in GC for 3 weeks & stayed at 3 different places. Normally you have to leave the first place at 10 but can't check into your next place until 4 pm. They worked with us on this which meant so much to us when you R moving refrigerated stuff from place to place. Beautiful place, great communication. I would stay here again. My only complaint was they use Bromine in the pool so i had a rash for 5 days, not their faul
