"The room was clean nice fresh towels and bedding. Only encountered 1 staff member on check in very friendly and helpful, parking adjacent at rear of property which is always helpful. Cannot comment on food as I didn’t eat there. My only criticism was a shared shower, I would have preferred a full en-suite, but all round good value for money and a great location 5 mins walk to the pier."

"The room had a lot of dirty marks, very old and outdated and could do with painting. Outside the front of the hotel there were two overflowing bins which were still there when we left. As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. Went for breakfast and had to clear plates off the table onto another table, because every vacant table had dirty plates on. The glass door to the dining...

"No hot water for shower in the morning "

"Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal."
