"The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not ..."
