  • Este cómodo condominio frente al mar, de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, ubicado en la sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach, Carolina del Sur. Nuestro condominio está en el tercer piso de un edificio de tres pisos y no hay ascensor. Completamente actualizado, pintado y amueblado en una decoración tropical luminosa y brillante con todas las comodidades del hogar. Internet inalámbrico gratuito también está incluido.

    La lujosa cocina totalmente equipada tiene gabinetes de arce con luces suaves debajo del soporte reflectantes y nuevas luces superiores sobre la barra. Las encimeras de granito con una placa para salpicaduras de azulejos hacen que la reunión para comidas y refrigerios en el bar de tamaño completo sea agradable para seis. La cocina, la sala de estar y los baños tienen pisos cerámicos. Hay alfombras en los dos dormitorios y el pasillo.

    En la sala de estar hay un sofá cama / sofá Queen LazyBoy y un sillón con una pequeña mecedora giratoria que ofrece una acogedora área de conversación / TV, así como excelentes vistas del océano. Hay una alfombra de área sobre el azulejo en la sala de estar para que el tiempo de juego sea más cómodo. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 ', un reproductor de DVD y una pequeña mesa de ajedrez / ajedrez de madera para su disfrute. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen al balcón frente al mar, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas y los sonidos de la playa.

    Duerma con lujo y comodidad en el colchón con cubierta tipo almohada en la cama king size de Tommy Bahama en el dormitorio principal con baño privado. Este complejo bien mantenido ofrece estacionamiento en el lugar y una piscina frente al mar con sillones alrededor de la piscina y mesas de picnic en un área cubierta.

    La ubicación ofrece infinitas oportunidades para jugar al golf, ir de compras, cenar y divertirse. A tres minutos se encuentra Barefoot Landing con la famosa House of Blues, el teatro de Alabama, Alligator Adventure, Marina, la estación de preservación de tigres en vivo y un mundo de tiendas y restaurantes frente al mar. ¡Hay algo para todos! This condo was wonderful for our family. It is on the top floor, so you don't have to worry about hearing people stomping around above you. It has a balcony with amazing views and the pool was enjoyed by our kids. It was so nice being able to leave the condo and just walk right on to the beach without having to drive or walk down the street. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return. The only downside for us was there was little water pressure in the showers, but that is a very small downside.

Wonderful place at the beach!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo. The condo was well stocked with the essentials needed for a relaxing getaway oceanfront! We loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

The property is nice, and the view was incredible! I've been coming to NMB for many, many years--and this location is my favorite. This is not a new building, so it's more like classic Myrtle Beach lodging, and there are a few things like the front door that could benefit from a refresh. Overall, this was a very fun comfortable stay and perfect for our party size. Also, we loved having two bathrooms! Thank you for having us. :-)

Perfect location inches from the beach . This side of the beach is not ever crowded so that was very nice . Pool is well maintained . Host was more than gracious any questions we had were answered immediately. The condo was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen . We would definitely rent again .

Summer Beach vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as expected. Condo had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Pool and beach were wonderful. Host was gracious and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

The place was great, amazing kitchen, roomy bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, beachfront balcony, tv’s with cable, washer and dryer in unit. Felt like home. Great neighborhood and location to awesome shopping and restaurants. Barefoot Landing only a 5 minute drive. The best part was the price!

I only stay at this building (Sea Farer). It’s a great property. Ocean Front, great walking neighborhood and everything I want in the accommodations. Besides Biker Week - it was pretty quiet. Beautiful view.

Another great stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the same property/room. The condo was as pictured and because we stayed here last year, we already knew what to expect. Love the Seafarer and would happily rent from Abigail again, we probably will next year haha

Perfect accommodations!

The condo was as described in the property details. Check in process was easy. When we go on vacation, we do a combination of cooking in and eating out. This was the BEST equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental. The living area and bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect.

Awesome rental

This rental was a great choice for our family. We all had plenty of room to spread out. There was a chess/ checker board table with other games inside to keep our 2 teens occupied. They really enjoyed that. Abigail, the owner, was a real pleasure to deal with. She accepted our request very quickly and she made the check in/check out process very easy! That was very much appreciated. The view and sounds from the balcony were just beautiful. Just what we needed for a stress free week!! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Amazing view-especially the sunrise!

I've stayed in many ocean front properties but this one was special. First time staying on the Atlantic side and having a sunrise instead of a sunset. Around 7am, got out of bed and drew the curtains in the master bedroom and there it was...perfect view, right from the bed! Staying in N. Myrtle Beach was perfect for us. Barefoot Landing is nearby and far enough away from all the craziness of the heart of Myrtle Beach. This condo is well equipped with everything we needed, the high top chairs on the balcony are very comfortable and allow for unobstructed views of the gorgeous beach. There are beach chairs available for use if needed but you can also call a company who will set up chairs and an umbrella each morning. This is a place I will definitely come back to!

Great location, but could have been cleaner

This condo is in a great location and had everything you would need or want in the kitchen. It was great to have a washer and drier and a bonus to have TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The property owners directions were very clear. However, it would have been nice if the property had been cleaner. The fridge and utensil drawers were a bit grungy. When I went to make tea on the stove, the burner started on fire because of cooking oil spilled by previous users under the burner. (We never had or used cooking oil in the unit.) None of the area rugs in kitchen or bathrooms seemed clean.

Empty Nesters

First trip in a long time to Myrtle for us. We thought our vacation was going to be cancelled because of issues with the complex, there was No Where else to stay in North Myrtle, but it worked out. We were in a multi-vehicle car accident on the interstate, but luckily we were able to drive on! The 3rd floor equals 4 flights of stairs. Carrying a suitcase up 4 flights is pretty rough. The complex is older and needs a good cleaning. There is 1 small piece of wood "step" going up the steps that I always tripped on, so be careful! It served no purpose. When we opened the door, there was an odor. It was a mix between musky and cleaner. The view to the ocean was stunning! Lots of closet space to hang clothes in Master and a tall chest of drawers for drawer storage. Master bathroom is quite small with little to no vanity space but there is a 2nd bathroom luckily. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable to us at all. The updated kitchen was nice and stocked well.The condo needs a good deep cleaning, the walls, ceiling fans, lamp shadea, and vents had a layer of dust. The balcony was nice, ocean front is always the best! There are a few broken and rotten wood spindlesThe location is Fabulous! The beach was not crowded in this area. We had an umbrella and chairs set up for 5 days and used the umbrella and chairs in the unit on the last day. The water hose back into the pool area from the beach was broken 1 day but there are 2 other areas for that before walking up to the complex.

Beach front property

My husband and I decided to use VRBO for the first time. My daughter was supposed to join us but couldn’t so we kept the two bedroom, two bathroom condo anyway. The condo was great. We were beach front as promised and enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and obviously well taken care of. We plan on revisiting.
