    - Boats, Trailers, and Motorcycles:
    These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
    - Parking:
    Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.
    - Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice.
    - If you lose a parking permit during business hours, please pick up a spare from our office.
    - After hours, you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance staff.
    - No Pets:
    Pets are not allowed on the property.
    - Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
    The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property.
    Laser pointers are not permitted.
    - Minimum Age Requirement:
    The minimum age requirement is 25 years.

Great Week! Perfect Location and accommodations

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Carolina Resort Office and staff at Spring Towers were great. Very helpful and friendly. Will stay with Carolina Resorts again soon.

We had a great stay at Spring Towers. Clean rooms and loved the view of the ocean and the balcony was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Pools were clean. I will hope to stay here in the future. Carolina Resorts were great to work with and had the sweetest people working.

Great Family stay with plenty of room and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week staying here in Cherry Grove! The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law, and our two grandchildren. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we especially loved having the washer and dryer right in the kitchen. It was so convenient being able to wash wet towels and clothes after coming back from the beach or pool.Everything was great overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. There were just a couple of minor things worth mentioning. The dishwasher and oven are very close together, and although the dishwasher worked great, we had to hold onto the door when opening it, which was a little unusual, but we made it work.When we arrived, the hot water was turned off. There was a note on the refrigerator explaining this, but I didn't notice it right away, so I had to call to find out how to turn the main water valve on. Once we figured that out, everything was fine.The only other issue was the television in the den. There were several different remotes, and the TV was not a smart TV, so there weren't any streaming options. We don't watch much TV when we're on vacation, so it wasn't a big deal, but I did message/email the realty company about it and never heard back. We eventually figured out how to get the TV working around the third day.Those were minor inconveniences, and overall we had a great experience. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and a great place for our family to spend the week. We would definitely consider staying here again!
