6 bedroom, 3 bath private beach house is located 1 block from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool & hot tub with tons of outdoor seating. Sleeps 17 max. with 2k, 4Q, 1F, 1T, & 1 full sleeper sofa.

*PETS, MOTORCYCLES, BOATS WELCOME!! This is a non-smoking property!
Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring.

This beach house sleeps 17 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool & hot tub. This house has Flat Screen TV’s, DVD Players, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, 3 outside showers (with hot & cold water).

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Family vacation

The location and sleeping accommodations were excellent. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard was great for hanging out during the day. But it could use some lighting fir evening fatherings, such as string lights on the deck. There were 2 charcoal grills but we would have preferred a gas grill. The main issue we encountered is that although it sleeps up to 16 people, the living roim could accommodate 16 people relaxing. The couch and loveseat only fits 5 and if you use the dining room you could sit 6 more, but that isnt a rwlaxing way to spend an evening together. The kithen was okay, but once again there wasnt enough plates for 16. It could use more dishes and bowls. Dont expect to back anything, because there was only 1 cookie sheet and no casserole dishes fir making a dish like lasagna. Storage for can goods is very limited. The bathrooms were small but clean. Overall the place was clean but it dies not look newly renovated. Overall we had a great tine and loved the close proximity to the beach. We had a family of 10 and it worked fi us. I would come again.

Run away to Runaway Bay

Work family trip. The house was amazing! Everyone got a room. 3 accommodating baths PLUS...3 outdoor showers on the upper deck. Close to so much. Rent an LSV golf cart. Plenty of parking for trailers and motorcycles and 2 trucks and 4 motorcycles and a trike. This is a Bike Week treasure. No covered parking.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Terrible description of property..

They made me resubmit my review because I showed the crazy add on prices for housecleaning, nonrefundable dog fee, prosessing fees, accidental damage fee,local accomodation fee.....then VRBO gets in on it also ...be warned this place is not updated at all ...if you have older people they will not be able to use the stairs to go upstairs unless they go outside and take the stairs outdoors. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!! Make sure you bring toilet paper ,papertowels, laundry detergent..ect you will not find any of those things .. House was not clean ..I have never left a bad review before but i feel obligated to warn people...They need to be more forthcoming with this listing..

Family Christmas trip

Enjoyed the property. Close and easy access to the beach just one block across the street. Was a little smaller than I thought but was fine for us. Enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was open but not heated which was ok. Would rent again.

Great Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this property! There are a few things that could have been better though. The toilets in a couple of the bathrooms were broke. They moved when you would sit on them. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and there was sand and hair in it. There were not many pans to cook on or much silverware. Other than that, we loved this property and are hoping to rent again! We are also close to the beach and that was a plus!

Mixed emotions

Property is great and probably requires a bit of TLC but we took it as is. Nicely located. Super irritated by the rental company managing the property. We paid for a property with a pool and was a mess when we got there. Call the agency, argument lady said pool only serviced twice a week…never mentioned the pool was actually shot with a broken pool pump and filter. Very disappointed and feel short handed. Their boots on the ground again were so helpful and explained the whole situation. Rather have her deal with customers than the rude person at the offices. She even helped with the WiFi, info on the booking pamphlet was wrong. Don’t think I will be back renting through this agency.

Overall good stay

We stayed here for 6 nights. We were a large group of 3 families with kids. Overall we had a great time. But don't let the name fool you, this is not a newly renovated home. I would classify this as a "cottage". The bathrooms run down and small. The kitchen has newer appliances but was otherwise run down. There wea very little in terms of dishes. The furniture definitely needs replacing. The living spaces are very small. That being said we spent all of our time in the backyard which was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was so close to the beach which was beautiful. We did a lot of activities during the day and ate out most nights. So we basically used the property to sleep. Overall I would recommend this property check in/out was smooth. The pool/hot tub were cleaned mid week. It's a great location just know it is not newly renovated!
