HOUSE FEATURES:

BEDROOM: Separate the kids and the parents! Three bedrooms downstairs with two queen mattresses per room and a bathroom in every bedroom! The top floor has two master bedrooms with king size beds and personal bathrooms that have walk-in tile showers. All rooms have personal TV’s with Cable Television.

ENTERTAINMENT: There are two main 60 inch TV’s in the common areas and a personal 40 inch TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have cable and there is WI-FI throughout the House

KITCHEN: The kitchen is a cook's dream with an unbelievable abundance of custom cabinets complimented with granite counter tops. There is enough cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils for a family of 20 to cook any meal you desire.

PORCH: New in 2015, we added a wicker bench, chair, and a chaise lounge to read your book or drink your coffee as you watch the waves roll in.

ELEVATOR: Sea Stars II is built on stilts; less mobile people will love using the elevator and the elevator is a nice luxury to haul all of your luggage to the top floor.

CUSTOM SALT WATER POOL AND HUGE SPA: The salt water pool has a smooth and silky feel to the touch, much like rainwater and its gentle on your eyes and skin. We have a heater for the pool for the early spring and late fall. The Spa will reach 100+ degrees year around. The 12x35 pool is flat bottomed so the kids can enjoy the entire length. The pool also has a tanning ledge and a 10-person spa. There is plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun or the shade and comfy durable tables to enjoy your snack and meals on those fun summer days.

GRILL and OUTDOOR SHOWER: There is a new large Brinkman grill that will accommodate all of your outdoor grilling needs, its located on a dedicated patio to allow more space for games and lounging. The outdoor shower is located on a secluded paved patio to get that afternoon rinse.
ACCESSIBLE: The house is equipped with a walk-in shower and an elevator is available to afford those with difficulties in climbing stairs the opportunity to vacation along with their friends and family.

The family had a fabulous time at Cherry Grove Beach. The house was perfect. Plenty of room. Lots of amenities and literally steps from the beach. We couldn’t have planned it better with children ages 1-7.

Better than it looks

Ocean is closer than it looks, been to some beach front and this is actually closer to the water. Host was awesome with giving us weather updates and things to do daily! Many pool floats

Great location to beach

My family and I stayed this week. Nice pool. Minutes to walk to beach. Beach wagon, chairs, toys provided. Excellent communication. Elevator for my dad. Great stay!

Lovely house has everything!

This house checked every box! We stayed over Christmas week, and the pool and hot tub were both warm and ready for us! Big beautiful Weber grill, party lights, great outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, closet w beach stuff, driveway fits up to 4 cars, 2 sheltered- and that’s just the ground level!! Porches with ocean view, indoor elevator, great open living space, great stocked kitchen, amazing game room w ping pong and air hockey, TVs everywhere, ocean view from living room- just so many great features!! The cherry on top for sure is property mgr Scott- fabulous!! Great advance communication, met us when we checked in- on Christmas Day!!- so responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable, obvious pride in the property!!! Cross 1 street to ocean, walk to market. Would absolutely stay at this or another of their properties again- great management!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was amazing and centrally located by shops and food places and just steps to the beach. The hot tub/pool was absolutely beautiful and loved being able to cook on the grill.

Fun Family Beach House

Check in was as smooth as possible and property manager provided great communication. Our family loved the pool and outdoor area. It was a great space to hang out with a cute little spot for the little ones to play. Key for me is that the home was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This house was amazing. Location is perfect. Owner is very helpful and sweet. The property manager is right there when you need something. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. We have rented in Cherry Grove since 1985 and this has been the best overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

5 Stars for Sea Stars II

We had a family reunion of 20 people ranging in ages from 4 - 80 and the house was a great hit for all. The well-stocked kitchen and huge island area, the grand table with seating for 10, and wide open area on the 3rd level were in constant use. 2 fridges and 2 washers and dryers were great, as were the whole game room, large mini fridge, and extra beds on the 2nd level. The 2-3 online sources of info about the house and subsequent emails and Facebook information were slightly out of synch with each other, so it was confusing to know what the bed room configurations were. It was a very nice surprise to have 2 Qs and 2 bunks in a bedroom on the 2nd level - very important for our group! Location is great with beach access right across the street (It is a busy street, but always had easy time stopping traffic), and the beach itself is quite nice. Many amenities and attractions nearby, but the house location among other beach houses is not overly crowded. Scott the property manager was easily accessible, and was always prompt and friendly helping us with our minor issues. One of the main benefits of the house of course is the elevator - which for us was highly dependable and useful, but a bit quirky until everyone was familiar with it. The pool area and the open seating area under the house is a wonderful bonus! Really nice layout that we used a lot! The "salt water" of the pool was hardly noticeable, and highly enjoyable. We had a wonderful week! Thanks so much!

Top notch

This is a stunning property . Well maintained and modern . Has everything you need and more . No detail missed !!! Communication was great. Location to the beach is phenomenal as it’s a one minute walk across the street. My only complaint would be it was the week leading up to Atlantic bike week so the noise from blaring music on the motorcycles was annoying but to no fault of the property owners. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful property!

We loved our stay. The house is perfect for a large group, the pool was a huge highlight, and all of the amenities were great. The property manager went above and beyond for us as well. We’d love to go back and visit.

This property was amazing and very clean, It was bigger than I thought it would be it had plenty of rooms plenty of beds the kitchen was huge The living area was huge our favorite part Obviously was the backyard, The pool and spa was awesome, It was overall just exceptional. Fantastic Beach House

We had such a great time at Sea Stars II! The house is simply amazing. The owners thought of everything. The location was perfect. Heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The house was so spacious. 70th Anniversary and family reunion

This was an absolutely wonderful property. Many places promise all kinds of amenities but most don’t actually live up to it. They try but it normally doesn’t actually happen. But this property had all that was promised and much more. The property manager was great and helped with directions to cheap gas to fun things available for us all!! This turned into the trip of a lifetime for our entire family!! Thank you!!

Overall, the property was fine. Nice pool and hot tub and area surrounding. The floors were pretty dirty upon arrival. The grill was loaded with grease which needed to be cleaned. The elevator was a bit different but functional. The TV' had a lot of options and some weren't accessible. A simpler comprehensive package might help with the confusing options. I would recommend this property to people looking for a great location near to the beach.
