Located at the northernmost point of North Myrtle Beach, this newly renovated waterfront condo in the exclusive gated community of Inlet Point Villas features a tennis court, a pool, grill area and unparalleled views. With updated furnishings throughout the entire unit, this two bedroom, two full bathroom condo has a fully stocked kitchen, central air/heat, stainless steel appliances, new smart TV's, smart home technology, a Bluetooth speaker, coffee machines (both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot), an electric recliner, pull-out couch, new beds, a private laundry room, a front porch and a back balcony overlooking the water. The condo also comes equipped with beach chairs, board games, tennis rackets, free Wi-Fi and much more.

This unit offers the rare opportunity to be just steps away from both the inlet and the beach (and where they connect), with the view essentially changing constantly as the water switches between low tide and high tide. You can also see the undeveloped Waties Island from the balcony!

Conveniently situated on the first floor with easy accessibility, the condo also features grab bars in both showers if needed.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing, beautiful trip to North Myrtle Beach! Sam’s unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the spot on the inlet with access to the ocean just can’t be beat. The pool was clean (and cold!) and the entire property was well-maintained, quiet, and the neighbors were so friendly. We enjoyed our time on the water and can’t wait to book a return trip! *Sam was a great host: quick responses to any questions and he gave us a complimentary early check-in, which was so appreciated!!!

Everything was as advertised, it was clean it was plenty of room, we had absolutely no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was cold for the first couple days and the heat worked just fine and then it warmed up and the air worked just fine . The place had plenty of smaller fans that we could use if we needed. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances The Kitchen had everything you need and would highly recommend this unit. The showers were wonderful and spacious . The property manager was very responsive anytime we had a question or a response. Great trip and great accommodations.

This is our second time staying in this unit. It is so clean and well equipped. We love the view of the inlet right off the back deck. There is an easy path to the inlet and to the beach. It’s the best of both worlds. We will definitely stay again!

We have been coming to inlet point for 6 years, this was our first time in this unit, it was amazing. The convenience of being on the first floor is underestimated! The unit was ridiculously clean, and updated, truly felt like being at home. The central air was a very nice upgrade, most units have window units. King size bed was super comfortable, large tvs, the list goes on and on!!!

Convenient, Relaxing, & Secure

This property is perfect for a family get away. You have the inlet and beach right at your back door. North Myrtle is always our pick due to less crowds and a more family friendly atmosphere. The gate provides and extra level of security as well which is a plus.

A Wonderful Getaway!

This recently renovated condo was the perfect place to gather with my mother and sister for a beach week. From the comfort of the beds, to the well-appointed kitchen, we lacked for nothing! Everything was clean, and in good working condition. The AC worked well, and the smart thermostat was efficient. There is a low hum of the dehumidifier that runs constantly, but we got used to that, and indeed, we had absolutely no problems with climate or humidity indoors, during a very rainy, muggy week. The place felt like home, and we were able to cook for ourselves and relax. It was hard to leave, at the end of our stay! Our favorite place was the back deck, where we spent hours, each morning and evening, just watching the tides, birds, and fisherment. I wish communications before the visit had extended to all guests/collaborators on the reservation, but that may be a VRBO policy, and ultimately, it was not a problem, as Samuel sent details and gate codes a couple of days before our arrival to my cousin who made the reservation. This was by far the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in!
