Perfect for adult family beach vacations or relaxing getaways, this owner-managed beach house is designed for comfort, convenience, and creating lasting memories. While there’s no outside grill, the fully equipped kitchen includes an indoor grill and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The house has 3 TVs.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Booking guest minimum age: 25+ and must be present for the entire stay
2. Maximum occupancy: 8 humans of any age; all guests must be listed on the reservation
3. Provide a credit card on file with a $300 pre-authorization hold
4. Required documentation: 1) Photo ID verifying non-local residency and matching the credit card on file, 2) a valid working phone number, 3) a complete guest list; 4) signed rental agreement
5. Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
6. No pets, parties, events, controlled substances, indoor smoking, or fireworks
7. House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests
8. Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house
9. Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply
10. External smart doorbell camera and internal air quality detector installed for safety
11. Commercial photography and filming must be pre-approved
12. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival, or waive any right to complain later
13. Indoor smoking incurs a $500 cleaning fee
14. $75 fee to return lost guest items; no luggage storage

You can swing under the house, lounge in the hammock, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
