    Partial ocean views, 4 balconies, Private pool and fully fenced rear yard. Wireless internet access, 7 flat screen smart TVs, every bedroom has its own TV!
    Main Level features huge open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 14, game table and beverage cart.
    Large living room with 55 inch flat screen and covered deck overlooking the pool with outdoor seating for 10.
    Main level master with luxury bath and jacuzzi tub, private deck. Upper level includes second master suite with private bath, walk in closet and private deck. Three additional bedrooms including huge bunk room with 2 Full over Full size bunk beds, wet bar mini frig and 40 inch flat screen TV and lounge/ gaming area. Bunk room also features covered deck over looking the pool with outdoor seating.
    Lower Level rec room has full bath, 55 inch flat screen, wet bar and mini frig, a second full size refrigerator French doors lead to patio, private pool with lounge chairs and picnic table, and exterior shower. Pet friendly!
    Golf ,restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Short drive to Barefoot Landing and Famous Broadway on the Beach!

    EACH SIDE OF THE DUPLEX IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE, NOTHING IS SHARED. EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE FENCED POOL AND BACKYARD.

Great house

We had an absolute blast with our family here! So much to do around the area and the beach was a 5 minute walk. We loved how spacious the house was and the pool was a definite plus!

Absolutely beautiful place!

Loved the house, and the location was perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to attend. We absolutely loved having our own pool.

Our family had a great time the house was very nice . When we weren’t at the beach everyone hung it at pool area . Living area was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

A must see!!

This is an utterly divine place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. It’s far more spacious than we imagined, the pictures don’t do the rental any justice. I will say, be forewarned about the water beetles; us Northerners aren’t used to those! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

Everything was great. The owners are so nice and helpful. If anything was wrong they responded quickly. The house was perfect. Just a little tuff for older people going upstairs but we did it lol. We rented 2 golf carts from Ajax rental they were great. We’re going to do our best to go back asap.. thanks again Terry and Bridget

Great family experience

Our week was wonderful started off slow. We didn’t get in the house until 45 to 50 minutes after check-in time that was the only sad part.

Great place for friends!

We had a friends wedding and we stayed on both sides of the house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything you could need. We did have an issue with the lock on the door but Bridgette came out and fixed it within the hour. Her response time was great.

Perfect for extended family gathering

Our extended family came from various locations to celebrate Christmas. The property in N. Myrtle Beach was approximately equal traveling distance for all 3 families. That why we chose the location. Looking at the property on Vrbo was why we chose the rental. The rental looked just like the pictures but was more roomier than we imagined which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Also, we liked that the rental was a short walk to the beach.

Annual Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the property; location was great, and the unit was clean. There was plenty of room for our group with privacy for the young and older generations. The only suggestions I would give is to make the wireless username and password a little clearer. The book unit did not list the correct username and password. We needed to contact the owner.

Disappointing maintenance on property

The house had clogged drains, filthy vents in all bathrooms, lights that flickered, loose shower and sink fixtures, holes in walls, broken blinds, ripped screen on the patio door. Also we killed many large bugs we hoped were beetles and not cockroaches. Overall, disappointing.

Family beach week

Great location for our family meet up. We had all ages. It was an easy walk to the beach. The many stairs were a little challenging for the oldest and youngest. Overall it was an excellent choice. We paid for linen services and had plenty of towels and clean sheets. The private pool was nice during the hottest part of the day because it is mostly shaded with a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed (with the exception of a sharp knife). Lots of space for the teens to get away from adults. I would be happy to visit again!

Great for family getaway

The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it Justice the kitchen is amazing! Enough space for everyone to be comfortable and really self explanatory for check in and check out. The linen service was great there was enough towels and wash cloths for everyone during our stay. Only negative was a few of the outside amenities were not together during our stay. We couldn’t use any of the grills cause they were not clean. The pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to scoop out the leaves in order to enjoy it. It did get clean by the 3rd day of our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for large family vacation

We had 13 people including a baby, kids, teens and adults and the house was perfect. Very spacious, we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the extra living room downstairs. Location was awesome, only 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was a little cold but the kids/teens didn’t care and swam a lot. We used the grill a couple times and the kitchen a lot and everything worked well/as expected. Host was very responsive to minor issues and resolved them very quickly. Our only complaint was the bugs, we saw many bugs inside, which is somewhat expected when you’re at the beach but was more than we’d experienced staying in other properties in the Myrtle Beach area. Thankfully we had several brave bug killers in our group. Overall we loved the property and how clean and spacious it was, and the location was amazing. We would consider renting again!

Great vacation house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was HUGE! It was clean, well furnished, and had great amenities. We loved all the extra seating. We also Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The only con was the house temperature. Keeping the thermostat at 74 was too warm for most of us, as we keep our houses very cold at home. If you like a cooler house, bring some extra fans. Room darkening curtains may help with afternoon heating. We would definitely stay here again! The host was great to work with and responded quickly.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION!

House had plenty of room for 2 families. Owner was great to deal with and communication was good throughout. Super close to beach and pool is added bonus! Highly recommend!
