Our one-bedroom oceanfront 10th floor condo has been meticulously renovated and we are proud to offer it to our guests. Our condo is comfortable, clean and modern. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite counters, glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a 39' LED TV. The kitchen is open to the living room which features a table with four chairs, a sofa (queen pull-out) and access to the oceanfront balcony with 4 adirondack chairs. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, a closet, dresser, new 42' TV and new carpet. The beds have fresh new bedding, new mattresses, new pillows, new lighting and modern art. The bathroom has a double granite vanity, shower with tub, new toilet and new tile floors.

There's so much to do at the resort. In addition to the free Wi-Fi, our guests can enjoy the four heated outdoor pools, 3 outside hot tubs, lazy river with tubes, tropical pool area and tiki bar and grill, indoor pool, saunas, indoor hot tub, oceanfront breakfast buffet and more.

Our condo has a Graco pack n play for our guests traveling with small children. We also stocked the kitchen with items we think you might need including tea and spices. We also have board games, books and sand toys. We provide laundry supplies and paper towels, tissues and toilet paper for our guests, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella in the condo.

Please note: If you see my condo advertised on Craigslist, it is fraudulent (we do not advertise there but scammers list our condo sometimes!)

There are 2 steps in the condo between the hallway and the sunken living room/kitchen. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues and are deciding whether the condo will work for you.

Beginning in 2026, guests cannot bring motorcycles or trailers.
