  • This fourth-floor stunner is well updated and features room for up to 12. The oceanfront condo has four bedrooms, three full baths and plenty of upgrades. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and barstool seating opposite the dining room table. The living room has nautical themed blue and white striped couches and looks out onto the spacious balcony. A serene master suite has luxurious bedding, pale blue-gray walls, access to the balcony and a king-sized bed. Theres also a large attached bathroom. There are two queen beds in two of the guest rooms and another king in the fourth room. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Perfect location.

This was a perfect location on the beach with a beautiful view. Within 20 minutes of most activities and plenty to do. Would recommend this place for any family.

Our rental was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved it. Will stay again. Provided Beach chairs and Beach cart which we appreciated.

Spring Break

We had a great time! Condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Would have been nice if the outdoor pools were open while we were there since the indoor pool was very small. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Condo

This was a great place for family and friend to hang out. Relaxing and not noisy building. We stayed in S406 and the only inconvenient thing was the elevators not working.

Need better cleaners

The view is perfect and we enjoyed the location but the condo is pretty dirty. There was urine on the bottom of the toilet, the trash cans was filthy and the floor had crumbs all over it. We will not be staying here again.

Nice stay

Big unit with a large balcony nice furniture on balcony. Only a couple draw backs. The master bedroom mattress was a little stiff and lumpy plus no cable tv. You need to bring all your passwords to stream everything. Overall though would recommend staying here.

Spring break

The property was clean and nice. Some things were outdated-ceiling fan paddles need tightened. The sliding door in the king bedroom was not sliding very easily and the slider in the living area was not repaired until the Thursday of our visit. Would have been nice to have been refunded a little or a gift card for the inconvenience. We would stay at this property again.

Vacation

When we first arrived there was limited parking for our larger vehicle. It was listed online the height for the parking garage was 7’4” but that was for OWNERS only. So we were redirected to park blocks away from our condo. Secondly, when we arrived we noticed there was mold in/on ALL showers and the shower heads. There was urine dried on the toilet and smelled foul. The people living/staying above us were constantly jumping so loud and hard we heard them through the cement ceiling. Overall the stay was not enjoyable and I will not recommend this condo home for families who want to RELAX. Do better!

Construction Zone

Arrival on Saturday to a beautiful property with wonderful amenities rapidly changing two days later to a construction zone. Pool was closed along with the closest walkway to the beach. No drop off area for people or luggage resulting in necessity to carry everything from the parking garage for loading and unloading. One member of our party was older and uses a cane and had to walk all the way to the parking garage due to closure of drop off zone. We had small children that had to be carried an extra distance to reach the beach and return to our room. Discouraging to say the least as no warning was given in advance.

Great relaxing stay

Very nice. Tons of kitchen supplies-well stocked in all cooking/eating/drinking ware! 9 of us and never ran out of dishes! Lovely view! Pools clean and nice. An outdoor closet available with lots of chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, baby swim gear, life jackets and tons of kids beach toys! Maintenance was quick and easy. Housekeeping came quickly to clean our sliding glass windows (they had been missed before our arrival) Everything needed was there! All in all: excellent stay!!

So relaxing...

The unit was wonderful, spacious, comfortable beds, and in the perfect location! We had a issue when we first arrived but it was resolved right away by mgmt. They were a pleasure to work with.

Nice place could be cleaner.

We arrived and noticed the place hadn’t been dusted in who knows how long. Dishwasher didn’t work(said it would take 2 weeks to get part in to fix it) Sliding door to jack and Jill bath room off track and wouldn’t open all the way(said they would have to cut drywall out and fix it) Couches full of crumbs and old food. Beds were sandy underneath and things left from previous guests. Vacuum was full of hair so bad we had to cut it out before we could use it. Balcony doors were so hard to open we had to get the men to open at all times. We had to search and try every remote on every tv because none of them were correct. We paid way to much money for the things that were wrong with this property.

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful with amazing views from the balcony. The unit was clean and very accommodating of our needs. The shower in the master bath is a great feature. The unit was beautifully furnished. The washer and dryer was terrific for heavy loads because we did have to wash the towels every day. My family immensely enjoyed our vacation.

Amazing time

It was a very amazing time and the condo was perfect for us. The parking wasn’t the best but we managed and disappointed that most of equip wasn’t working in the gym that was advertised but other than that the place we stayed in was nice and convenient

The view from the patio was great, right on the water. The beach was very nice. The condo was clean, VERY spacious, and comfortable. It didn't though, have conveniences we have come to expect like at least one hair dryer and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped except for not enough dish cloths and towels, and no dish or laundry soap. In past experiences, if we had to buy dish soap and laundry soap we would leave the leftovers for the next guests. None of that was there. All that adds to the cost of the vacation. The pool area was very nice but the hot tub needed a good cleaning. It was a quiet area and we felt safe. We enjoyed the very close beach and excellent food choices in the area.
