Welcome to Shell Cottage, your cozy getaway paradise in Myrtle Beach. This little cove is ocean front, with a sandy patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with the glorious sunrise or relax after a swim. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple`s getaway or a remote work retreat, this bright and breezy townhouse offers comfort, convenience, and front row fun to the sun, sand and surf. Excellent location; walking distance to nearby shops, bars and restaurants.
This home can easily sleep 6 guests. There are 6 steps to the patio, from which you will find yourself on the first floor. There you will conveniently find the living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom (with full bath) and balcony with the dreamy ocean view. There are two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom.
This is a two-story townhouse, oceanfront, literally seconds from the beach, 5 minutes to Grand Strand Airport. Minutes to downtown, 2 parking spots available
Small pets are allowed for an extra fee of $150.

My family of 5 and our dog had an awesome stay! My 3 teenagers had a blast and all have thanked us several times for taking them on the best spring break trip ever! The home is adorable, awesome view of the beach . My husband and I started every morning with coffee on the deck.It feels much more homey than the surrounding high rise condos. As described it is right on the beach, so easy to just go back home from the beach to grab food, make a bathroom stop etc. The home is spacious enough for 5 or even six. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and are decorated beautifully with beach decor.We enjoyed the master bedroom with deck access and its own bathroom. Our dog loved the home as well. We had two dinners at home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/ pans etc. The check in process was very easy! The host, Peter, is great with making contact beforehand. My two oldest are twins who heading off to college soon and it’s the last time we’ll all have the same spring break. We decided on this trip last minute and I’m so glad we did! Highly recommend!!!

The beach view was somewhat obstructed by a palmWe did enjoy our stay. The host was fantastic! He replied quickly to any questions I had. Although we came for fishing, I guess the fish had other plans. All in all, the place was great, plenty of room, great amenities, location was excellent!

Great location, wasn’t as clean as holed

Location was awesome! Check in was later than other listings I had stayed in but owners did allow earlier than posted check in. We have stayed in many rentals and I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this one. The floor was sticky and needed to be re-cleaned. Being so close to the beach a better broom and dustpan would’ve been helpful. Many rooms had burnt out lightbulbs and the smoke detector upstairs was hanging from the ceiling. For the length of stay it worked but would’ve not felt comfortable staying longer..

The location is convenient and no worries with parking or check in. We enjoyed walking the dogs on the beach multiple times a day. I’m sure we would have enjoyed the balcony if the temperature would have been warmer. It was everything we needed for the week.

Beach property review

Was very dated, at least 2 lights out, carpet was dirty, dust and dirt under furniture and tables, wall paper torn in many places, up stairs toilet very slow. The beach chairs were not usable and they were not locked. The only beach view was outside on porches and that was very limited. Much too expensive for the shape the house was in. Will not rent again… If you have questions or want more information, you have my information.

Perfect for a Short Visit.

We were in N Myrtle for a short stay with our son and three small dogs. The location was perfect for beach access. It met our needs in cleanliness and comfort. The property is a little dated and could use some TLC, but, in all, we were happy with condo. Peter was great in communication and was prompt in answering any questions we had.
