"Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. "

"The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain.
