Where to begin let’s start as soon as you walk into the front door the welcome mat looked like it was from 1818, parts of the ceiling was missing, pool partially drained, jacuzzi filled with swamp looking water, mold on room walls, roof hanging off, towels had stains, and the smells was of an abandoned building. The building has great potential but no maintenance or love has been given to facilities. For the price they should be ashamed."

"The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. "We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10"

"We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees". Gross...

"Came for the WCWS games and they offered a shuttle to the games. Made going there and back very easy!"

"This is in a great location to Bricktown. You could walk to it. The room itself was great with some really nice personal touches. It was very clean. The location of the actual room was awful though. It was right across from the front desk and so was incredibly loud from every direction. I would definitely recommend repurposing this room all together. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"The bathroom floor in my room was nasty. I needed to contact guest services, but the phone in my room didn’t work. There was a random alarm of unknown source that kept sounding. The overall property was nice and the waterpark was great, but honestly not worth what I spend on the room."
