"Awesome! Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. Great food and variety. I wish I knew the lady’s name that set it up. She put a lot of effort into it and it showed.
I needed something printed. The printer in the business office for guests was low on ink. Talked to Helen (I think I got the name right) and she helped me get what I needed from the hotels printer. May seem small. But her kindness and willingness to help was much appreciated. She was great. The entire staff was friendly and went...

"The employees were so hateful when I went to go check in because they said they didn't know who really stayed in the room, and what a strange thing to say to your customers. Like why would you want to make someone feel uncomfortable and then expect them to want to stay again. Also the heater worked somewhat but not very well. "
