"Cute and clean! This basement suite has high ceilings so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement. Everything was easy and ready to go when we got there. I brought my dog and Kate was thoughtful enough to leave a couple of dog treats available for him. It was a very sweet gesture. When I am back in the area I will look into staying here again."

"Nice quiet area, all is well kept. Would be 5 star but was very hot and did not sleep a couple nights. 5 of us could not sleep down stairs for the cooler air. "

"Such a great place especially if you are trying to accommodate lots of people, there are 4 rooms but lots of extra sleeping arrangements available if someone were to need! We stayed for one night super easy check in, and check out. Hosts were great communicating at check in as well as anytime we needed to get a hold of them! "

"The house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room and well equipped. The location was great for visiting family in mill woods. Would stay here again. "

"At checkin time house was nowhere close to ready for checkin. Cleaning crew stated two more hours. After checking in dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes dryer was on we didn’t have clean/dry towels. There were hairs in the bathrooms. They mentioned about hot tub which was dysfunctional kids were not happy. Tv remotes won’t work. Basement shower won’t work. Very disappointed master bedroom ceiling fan don’t work. Gr8 location but They need to do lot of work/inspection prior to renting out."

"Amanda is a great hostess. There was adequate room for our needs, the pool was a great hit with our family. Recommend taking.plenty of water as though there is lots of well water, most of our crew did not care for the taste of it."

"Place was great, location was also great but house rules and management was ridiculous! I host guests on a different platform and couldn't understand the house rules for a weekend stay.Management at first seemed understanding but was poor in the end, If you can get around Pear then place is great!"
