"The apartment itself was really good. Very clean and spacious living area. Bedrooms were both big and comfortable. Only issue with the bathroom is the shower is a phone booth which I don’t like but it worked fine for the week we were there. The only real potential issue with the place is there is another unit rental above and you could hear footsteps and other noise from above. The interior of the house was clean and tastefully decorated. "Such a great place especially if you are trying to accommodate lots of people, there are 4 rooms but lots of extra sleeping arrangements available if someone were to need! We stayed for one night super easy check in, and check out. Hosts were great communicating at check in as well as anytime we needed to get a hold of them! "

"I had to work at the hospital for a week, so it was incredibly easy for me to get there and back every morning. It’s a very comfortable suite with good climate control."

"We had a wonderful stay! Ansu was kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The house was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. "I highly recommend this house. We had a family reunion in Edmonton and rented this home between 3 families. It was nice to be able to have visitors and it was perfect to be out in the country as we did get more visitors than expected. We were able to chat and visit without worrying about noise. It was one of the few homes that allowed events and encouraged fun. Not that we were rowdy or got crazy as most of us were between 40-70. Amanda was very accommodating and helped out whenever needed....

"great place to stay close to everything the place was very clean and very fresh the host welcoming and great at communicating we could not have gotten a better place to stay for our vacation the neighborhood is also very clean safe has many playgrounds and walking trails for kids and dogs over all 6/5 !! in the future we will always try to stay here when vacationing in edmonton "

"When we arrived the house was very clean. It suited our needs perfectly! The house is also conveniently located to a grocery store and a shopping mall."

"We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was very clean and had all the necessities. A few more dish towels would have helped. Beds were comfortable. We mainly used the place for sleeping. House is not very sound proof and would normally be no issue but with a tenant in the basement normal noice levels drew a complaint. "

"Excellent, have used this property many times ,owner always helpful, quiet residential. Easy access around sherwood park, and freeway to edmonton area. "

"My family and my sister's family stayed at the property in July 2025 for a few nights. We very much enjoyed the house. It was clean and well equipped. We had a lot of fun with the air hockey table! I would especially recommend this home for families with children. "
