Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This gorgeous home is central to everything. Just 20 minutes to amazing shopping and food in Nexton as well as just 30 minutes from all that Downtown has to offer.



Be close to it all but enjoy still being away from the hustle and bustle in this quiet home.



We provide wifi and have a projector screen Roku TV in the living room. So you can easily use your login to access Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.



The Space:

The home is equipped with Alexa located in kitchen above cabinet

Master bedroom features an adjustable bed

Gas Barbecue Grill - with propane provided

All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.

First Aid Kit

The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.

Ceiling fans

Projector screen/ Roku on all TV’s

Washing machine/dryer & detergent

Check in easily via the keypad on the front door



There is a ring camera at the front door and there will be a charge for additional overnight guests.

No overnight street parking is available.

Only 2 cars can fit in the driveway.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

It's close to many restaurants and shopping. It's just a 10 minute ride to the Airport and 20 minutes to downtown.



Getting Around:

Live like a local! The shopping mall Tanger Outlet and Northwoods Mall are both 10 minutes away. Also 10 minutes away is our new attraction Top Golf!



Other Things to Note:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.
