Melody was helpful when needed but everything was in such great shape, we did not need to bother her. The amenities were well thought out and everything was extremely clean. We had NO compaints, would return without reservation.

We were in town for my niece’s wedding, the house was within 15 minutes of the venue and was perfect for the 5 of us and our 2 four legged friends. The host was so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this home!!

This home was beautiful with a modern, warm and beachy aesthetic. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. It was nice having plenty of room for our stay with our adult children who are in their 20s.

Me and some friends came down for a music festival and it was the perfect location! Close to the coliseum and all kinds of restaurants. House was very clean and had everything you would need. Host was also very accommodating when we wanted to check in early and responded quickly. Would stay here again!

Location, location, location...this worked out very, very well for getting in and out of downtown Charleston as well as over to Mt. Pleasant and places around Yorktown and getting out to Ft. Sumter as well as the local water taxi's. Honestly, this place was exactly what we needed for 4 adults, 1 child and 1 moderate size pup...it was a great experience. Now, with that being said, that front door is tricky only because you have to lift up on the handle and not down or you will double lock the door and Melody was polite enough to educate us on the correct way to lock and unlock it, maybe instructions in color by number or scratch and sniff next time and I would have figured it out quicker but the location was clean, appropriate, well maintained, the house was exactly like what the pictures shared online and Melody and I were able to communicate on the APP as well as in text 100% without issue unless one or the other of us was out in a "low signal" area...which her and I both ran in to. It was a great stay, truly had a great family experience there and the parking was perfect and don't let the locks on the doors fool you, it is like a James Bond code that was super cool to figure out and was fun when others in the party didn't know my phone number for memory, lol. It was truly a great experience!

Lovely place for groups

The place is very beautifully kept and has tons of the essentials (including beach towels to use!). Our stay was great and any issues we had were resolved quickly and the host was very responsive, accommodating, and kind through the whole process.The neighborhood is nice but the surrounding area is a bit further out and some areas around it feel a little less safe. It is drivable to downtown and you can Uber or Lyft. Definitely a way to go about visiting the Charleston area and the beach! Thank you!

Charleston Getaway

Came into town for the Matt Rife show and looked for a reputable place to stay. We were not disappointed. Very clean, Melody was very helpful and I loved it was pet friendly.

Make sure the beds are ok and don't expect enough comfortable furniture for a group larger than 3

Our two adults were in two of the upstairs bedrooms and those beds were good. However our grandchildren, 8 and 11, were in the middle bedroom with what was described as two twin beds. It was a trundle bed (one at normal height and one under that gets pulled out) with metal frames and tubular metal cross slats to support the mattresses. The middle part of the frames was piece that was straight across, but the supporting slats were curved down, so that sleeping in the bed meant you had a metal bar sticking into your body in the middle of the bed, but sagging supporting slats - and some of the slats would fall out and otherwise make noise when they moved in bed.Downstairs, the dining area was ok but the living room area had only a 3 person couch and two rattan chairs off to the side.We had to leave day early and the host did not offer any compensation for the collapsing beds or the shortened stay. She did say they are planning to replace those beds as they had not worked out as they had planned. Looking at them, I can't imagine anyone would think they could be slept on. The online listing said the room was outfitted with two twins that could be converted to a king. There's no way that could be done based on what we saw.Finally, I snore, and the hardwood floors and thin walls carried my snores through the whole house, even with doors closed, and downstairs as well. So if you have a noisy sleeper, be careful.The neigborhood was quiet, about 20 mins from downtown.

Clean and convenient

Annual vacation to visit kids and grandkids nice location quiet area. It rained a lot some couldn't enjoy the park across the street. Only thing I would say would be put safety stripes along the stairs Thank you so much for the hospitality

Spectacularly clean and fantastic hosts

We came to Charleston for wedding events and this was a great location. The home was clean and well appointed with great features like coffee for the keurig, lots of towels and more. Disappointed the sofa was not a pull-out bed and the upstairs middle bedroom bed was creaky, lumpy and really uncomfortable. Overall excellent place though and the hosts were very easy to communicate with and super nice!

Excellent place to stay!!

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was ideal, just a 15 minute drive to historic Charleston and all the "touristy" things we wanted to do. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Location great, house needs some tlc.

Living room furniture needs upgraded.Couch was old and not very comfortable. The 2 chairs were not any better, Stove not level. No outside grill.(picture shows nice grill}. TV was a joke. Could not watch March madness, no cbs, nbc or abc even when we login.over all, great location and we had a good time in Charlestown and will go back next year.

Family Christmas get together.

Home owner was very nice . We were always able to contact them. They answered all of our questions. The home worked very well for my family & was comfortable. The neighborhood was a little noisy. We enjoyed our visit.

We travelled all around Charleston each day and found our location central. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend to anyone. Excellent place to stay.

Great location and stay

This was the perfect place to stay right in between the beaches and downtown Charleston The owner was super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was immaculately clean and there were little touches of home that made it even better
