The space
Convenient Getaway located in the heart of Charleston, S.C. freshly renovated home has a fully equipped kitchen. 2 cozy bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. For your convenience the kitchen, has pots, pans, plates, coffee, creamers, sugar, silverware, glasses, trash bags plates, cups, and glasses. The property is close to I-26 & I-526 and offers 5 mins to Tanger Outlet, Walmart, North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston Convention Center, Charleston International Airport, over 12 restaurants, 17mins to Downtown and 20 mins to the Beach!

The home is in a quiet working class neighborhood. There is enough off-street space to park several cars and even an RV!

Art house Charleston

Beautifully renovated home in upcoming neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable with beautiful art throughout the house. Approximately 10/15 minutes to downtown. Definitely recommended and would stay there again.

Overall great stay

The neighborhood is a little run down and overall kinda not what I was expecting however the house its self was very beautiful. Beds are comfortable, shower was good and had everything you would need for 1 night. Including a pretty backyard with a hammock. We were here for a concert that was amazing so overall we had a great time. The property manager/owner was very responsive and let us know everything we needed to know.

Lovely house

The Art House was beautiful. Updated appliances and features, and very clean. The centralized location was close to the CHS airport, downtown Charleston, and many other sites on our list. Check in was a breeze; we let Chris know our flight had gotten delayed and he left the lights on for us so we wouldn’t be fumbling at the door in the dark. Chris was very attentive, checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit.

Place was Beautiful,peaceful, water pressure in shower was good, love the layout , Neighborhood was really Quiet , 9 mins from Tanger outlets. I would definitely stay here again or rent from this owner again.

Beautiful and Fun place to stay

We loved our stay. The home was beautifully decorated with original art, extremely clean, and had everything we needed plus more. In a neighborhood but with easy access to the interstate and everywhere we needed to go. The host responded quickly with answers to the few questions we had. My only regret was that I wasn’t in a place to purchase a piece of art while there but I know where to find their work on-line when I’m ready!

great art house vibe

Great location in quiet neighborhood close to Park Circle and downtown Charleston, perfect for my Spoleto stay. Hosted by a gifted and creative artist, the artwork onsite was a welcome addition and could be purchased. I actually regret not purchasing a piece that captured my attention each time I walked by. Highly recommend this place and the artist.

So clean and well stocked. Ten minute ride to the airport and downtown. We came for a book conference and the house was perfection. Felt safe as this was a girls trip too. Highly recommended!

I feel very refreshed having stayed in a well renovated home with clean, modern furnishings and surrounded by creativity. I walked the house numerous times a day to simply enjoy each work of art. It was like staying in a Fine Art Studio that included a really clean and well-stocked kitchen.

Adorable

I’m always happy staying in this area, and the place was just perfect for me. I’m a sucker for a white kitchen, and this one is top notch. It was private , yet close to restaurants or shopping. Just a short Uber ride away!!! Christopher was wonderful. Always answered my messages right away and was super accommodating, as I needed to check in early and then stayed a couple extra days. The back is quiet and private with a fire pit for campfires. I was/ am very happy and enjoyed being there. Would definitely recommend staying…I know I’ll be back.

Great Choice!

Perfect for our needs. We were traveling to Charleston for a special dinner and needed a place to stay for one night. The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has a mix of old and renovated homes, however we had zero concerns about safety. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. Very appreciative of the host - Christopher who graciously accommodated a special need for us. We would certainly consider staying here again if we are ever back in the Charleston area!

Dirty Heads Concert

We came for the weekend to see a concert at the Firefly Distillery. We had an amazing time the house was very clean and just enough room. The neighborhood on the other hand wasn’t so clean and quite run down with some unfriendly faces on many porches. We wasn’t at the house much so there was that. Again loved the house not the neighborhood
