The Riverfront Cottage shares a yard and driveway with another home listed on airbnb but still maintains a private setting steps from the river. It has a luxurious queen bed from which you can see the river. There is an office desk with a bluetooth radio/clock , and WIFI.
The bathroom has plenty of room with a glass shower, vanity and comes stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
The kitchenette has a microwave, hot pot, coffeemaker, french press, coffee bean grinder, toaster oven, a 1 burner induction cooktop with cookware and a small fridge/freezer.The cupboards have dishes, glasses, and wine glasses for that special bottle of wine. The utensil drawer is stocked with everything you will need. We provide fresh coffee beans, organic sugar, salt and pepper. Also an air popper and popcorn . And there are a few extra goodies we leave to get you started on your relaxing get away:)
This is a refurbished space with slate tile and carpet. It also boasts a state of the art ductless heat pump for heat/ AC.

I loved my stay at Brandon's cabin and he’s a super nice person. The cabin itself is wonderful and comes with all the accommodations you could want. You can see the river from anywhere in the cabin thanks to all of the windows and it’s peaceful to listen to during your morning cup of coffee. The lounge chase is perfect spot for a good book or mediation, especially since you can hear the river. I plan on going back for another retreat soon. Thank you Brandon!

Beautiful cottage right on the river, like described. Very clean and absolutely adorable. Communication was fantastic and the little details of the place were very considerate. Like mentioned, the cottage does share a yard with the house (another rental property-by the same person) and you could at times see people walk to the river or be sharing the river view with others. We were lucky to not have anyone at the house rental the first part of our stay there. So we had the river all to ourselves for a couple days!This was one of our favorite places to stay on our road trip!

This studio was VERY COMFORTABLE and TASTEFULLY APPOINTED!!!! My wife especially loved being able to make popcorn before bedtime. We left the door open and were lulled to sleep by the sound of the river. If I could give 'em 10 stars, I would.

Wonderful cottage and beautiful property right on the river with a mountain view!!! Only a very small desktop size TV if you’re looking to watch movies or sports but the river and view was our favorite pastime! Would definitely stay again:)

River Cottage

It would be nice if there were picnic tables facing the river where you could invite family or friends over and eat outside. More view of the river if the ferns were trimmed down. Upgrade BBQ, full-size refrigerator, and oven would allow longer stay time. Overall a cute place to stay for a couple of days. A nice place to relax for a couple of days.

This is a great location, right on the river. The unit is behind the owner's house but there is complete privacy. The unit itself is first class construction and very clean. Very nice!

Amazing cabin & stay

My brother & sister-in-law stayed here last summer, and raved about the cabin. It’s very close to our niece’s home & so convenient to North Bend. The size was perfect & the little touches so appreciated (a bottle of wine, fresh coffee beans, etc.) and the view was amazing. The most important features for me in a place to stay are a great bed & an a great cup of coffee. They met those expectations wonderfully! We had 1 small issue that was resolved quickly. We’ll be back soon!

Interesting glamping experience

There was a noticeable odor in the main room, but we were able to address it somewhat by purchasing Febreeze. The hot shower definitely deserving of a five-star rating. The creek was the highlight and primary reason we chose this location. To be honest, the odor in the room made me a bit uneasy, so we used our own bedding and found comfort in disinfecting a few areas. While popcorn kernels were provided, we were surprised to find that there was no oil or butter for flavoring. Additionally, the binder suggested placing dishes in a dishwasher, but there was not one. This was a bit perplexing. I feel that perhaps there should be two cleaning fees, one for guests who actually prepare & cook meals versus those who are using the space as a relaxing shelter. On a positive note, the bathroom was quite spacious. It and the attached closet were odor-free. The front porch light is motion-activated, which made it difficult to appreciate stars gazing - there is a back door but 90% of the space faces the french doors. You must remember the code for the main door, as it self-locks so you can become locked out. Falling asleep was unusual due to a smoke detector with a flashing light positioned just about overhead. Unfortunately, there were limited outlets available, which meant that we had to unplug other devices in order to use a CPAP machine. A couple of questions were not responded to by the host but I believe it had to do with them not being a direct VRBO customer. We won't return.

Cute Cabin Beautiful View

The cabin is very clean and has everything needed for a romantic stay. The river is amazing and you have direct access. Sharing the yard was not ideal, as there were many other people walking past our windows and little privacy so we couldn’t enjoy the view as much as I’d hoped, having to keep the shades drawn.

Incredible Property and Wonderful Location!

When you arrive at a property and there is a bottle of wine and some chocolate awaiting you, you know that you have made a great choice. The property owner was very prompt in answering any questions. The setting is incredible! Sitting next to the river, it is the perfect place for a cup of coffee outside. The cottage itself is up-to-date and spacious. My wife and I will stay there again. We have recommended it to our family when they are in the area.
