"The bad reviews of this property are blown way out of proportion. It’s not bad. It’s an inexpensive hotel and it’s a mom & pop kind of operation and they are in the process of developing the property. They could tighten up a few things, but it’s not terrible. I found the front desk staff, especially, the lady in the afternoon to be very polite an accommodating. Ok here’s the good stuff. Towels are super clean, nice bedding, ac works well, hot water, friendly staff, great location, clean...

"The rooms definitely need an overhaul!! Tiny closets with doors you can barely open. The bathroom needs renovation: we found rust , peeling on walls, cracked tiles and insufficient water pressure. Hotel appearance needs help. The best part of staying is the staff in all departments! And the hotels location to / on Riverwalk. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially tanned skin male working yesterday very very good customer service. The only thing that would have made the stay better is if the hot tub worked that kind of broke my heart that was one of the reasons I booked that hotel."
