"The property is run down. Terrible. First room was filthy stained and hairs on bed. Walls are rugged and paint is chipped everywhere. Pool is dirty and closed. Doors don’t lock properly and can’t put chair to guard because they open outwards. I felt unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"The rooms need to be updated. They looked very old with paint chipping and the walls weren’t very clean. There were stains on the chairs. But the rest of the hotel as nice the restaurant, front entrance, and the store. The staff were also amazing helpful and friendly. With an update to the rooms I’d be willing to stay again."

"Easy check-in. The room was clean. We stay here when visiting our student at TAMUCC. We enjoy the breakfast and the view. The only thing we wish is that it wasn't attached to the Emerald Beach hotel. The building is in bad shape, and the pool area makes you not want to swim at all. They should demolish that part of the building."
