"Hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the layout of the suites which made the room bright and airy. Comes complete with dishes etc.-everything you'd need for an extended stay. Breakfast is great. It's very cean and located right at the waterfront which is great as there's a park for kids and a restaurant. You can also take a cruise on the Chief Commanda from the dock and walk downtown to shopping and restaurants. The only thing I found was that the heater/AC was very noisy (it was clanging when...

"Our room was clean and fully stocked. We had 2 queen beds in our room and the sheets were really nice.... super soft !!! Not like ones you typically get in hotels. Parking was easy, but they were quite full. We booked our room online in minutes while on our way and it was easy, BUT I did get charged "Travel Insurance" that I didn't want while booking online. "

"The washroom was disgusting. The shower was full of pink mold (bacteria) which I was told was left over cleaning solution when it clearly wasn’t. Either way, it’s obviously not being cleaned if the shower is still covered of cleaning solution."

"parking was easy, close to food and entertainment. but I stayed there be and they do as little repairs as possible. The told me that they had a water leak and ceiling was damaged and they just cleaned it up. The damaged to the ceiling and wall was in the bath room and had been that way for a while... "

"I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future."
