The Bungalow is fully stocked with everything you`ll need for your stay, including a variety of snacks. We also offer wine from our winery available for purchase, so you can savor the tastes of the Marble Ridge Farm estate.

With a private entrance and designated parking area, the Bungalow boasts a cozy bedroom with seating area, closet, and flat screen TV, as well as a large combined living/kitchen area and full bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full stove and oven, microwave, Keurig machine, 2 fridges, and 1 freezer, while the bathroom features a luxury high pressure rain shower head.

Relax on the brand-new comfortable sofa bed or sit on the enclosed porch with a good book. The spacious 3-season porch overlooks the historic barns, offering a sectional couch and outside dining.

Our stunning vineyard with grape trellises is available for your use to enjoy as your backyard. This is a common area, so please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. THE LAWN NEXT TO AND AROUND THE BUNGALOW IS NOT FOR GUEST USE.

Breaking any of our rules will result in a $500 fine per rule broken, per night.

- No additional guests.
- No booking for other guests. You must be staying at the property or have received our prior approval.
- No refunds or exceptions for non-refundable bookings.
- No smoking or illicit drugs.
- No music or loud noise.
- No parties/gatherings. If you are looking to host a party/gathering, we do have additional venue space that you can book. Message us on Airbnb if interested.

- Dogs must be on leash at all times while on the property grounds.
- You must clean up after your pets.
- No dogs allowed around any buildings, however, you are welcome to walk your dog in the field next to the parking area and the vineyard.
- No pets on furniture unless it is covered with blanket or sheet for protection. Extra blankets/sheets are available upon request.

-You must park in the gravel/paved spaces at the end of the driveway by the rear barn and Ice House.
- Any deliveries arrive at 271 Great Pond Road and should be met at the parking area. Delivery drivers are not allowed to be walking the grounds unaccompanied.

-Do not explore any buildings, such as the Main Blue House, other Guesthouses, and Barns -- including walking around, looking into windows, or entering any buildings.
- Do not walk around the lawn or take photos of the Main Blue House -- it is the owner`s private residence.
- Do not explore the property grounds without prior approval, however, you are welcome to explore the field next to the parking area and the vineyard.
- Do not disturb any plants or wildlife, including cutting flowers/plants.
- Do not use the pool or patio area including seating.

- Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.

- Wine Tasting: Your wine tasting includes five wine samples delivered to your door for you to enjoy in the comfort of your guesthouse or on the beautiful property grounds. Tastings are typically offered daily between 3:00 and 5:00 PM and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you may enjoy your tasting in our Tasting Room during our regular hours: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Tastings in our Tasting Room are limited to 1.5 hours. Guests are welcome to bring light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that children and pets are not allowed. Outside guests may join you and will be charged our standard tasting rate. To ensure availability, please message us through the Airbnb app prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also receive 10% off bottle purchases, which you are welcome to enjoy in your guesthouse.

THE BUNGALOW IS LOCATED DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE WINERY OWNER`S PRIVATE POOL AND PATIO AREA, WHICH IS NOT FOR GUEST USE.

We kindly ask since you are staying at a historic New England farm dating from the late 1600s that you please be respectful of our property as well as the others who are working or staying at the property. Our team takes pride in their work to maintain and beautify the operating historic farm.
