"Great hotel, very friendly staff"

"We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. "

"The bed was very uncomfortable, took some getting used to. The magnetic card key for the room was a nightmare. Had to get rekeyed twice. Didn't work half the time. It was very annoying. I don't know why, but the toilet was built for a five year old. Isn't there a standard measurement from the floor? My husband is six foot and literally felt like he was sitting on the floor. Not sure I would stay there again."

"I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. The right front burner on the stove didn’t work. We brought food with us to cook on the stove and there was no can opener, bare necessity utensils. The pots and pans were old and needed to be...

"We stayed in the main property in a room Facing the pool over Mother’s Day weekend. It was very nice, only a little loud with kids having fun by the pool on the weekends but it was very quiet during the week. We enjoyed the workout facilities that were a short walk to and we did that each morning. The lap pool outside the gym was a great way to cool off and no one was there but us. Our room was great! Very nice place and we will be back!"
