"Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift. Wallpaper was bubbling in one of the corners as if there was a leak or something. Parking lot was full out back near our room."

"The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby.
The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell.
The breakfast was very limited.
Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway.
I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

"It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."
