"Overall I had a good stay. Staff would give good customer service when I asked for things. Though some things shouldn’t have to be asked for. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. They did however give me two extra when I requested them. Don’t drink the coffee unless you want to be on the toilet all day. The room had a couch which was great to see. "Great location, walking distance to the stockyards. Tons of dining options. Clean and wonderfully decorated. Only con was the mandatory valet parking. You felt you had to tip them every time. The parking ends up being expensive if you decide to keep taking the car out. Only bad night was when the heavy footed people checked in above us. Could hear their stomping and banging. "

"I really liked the spacious rooms. My family of 6 stayed for one night and it was plenty of room for everyone. I really appreciated the two bathrooms. The breakfast was decent. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool. The check-in staff was nice. That was the only interaction I really had with the staff. I would recommend this hotel for future travels. "

"I’ve stayed here several times each time is different experience with the rooms. I understand it is a older hotel and I could go to other locations, but I prefer this one because the man upfront who checked me in from my online reservation was super friendly, very polite and helped me get in the room as it was pouring down rain and he saw my things were getting soaked. "
