"We had an extended weekend stay with my wife here to explore Iasi. As usual this is a beautiful hotel and a very well-oiled machine in terms of staff kindness, responsiveness and all things working as they should. The checkin was easy and we got a room higher up, for a truly stunning view over Iasi and the environs. "I stayed here one night in October 2024. I ended up at this hotel because most in Suceava were full, on a last minute trip, and am glad for the discovery! I got an executive room, and it was indeed spacious and confortable. Divided into two spaces, one with couch, armoire and clothes hanger; the other with the sleeping room, King bed, coffee machine, and fridge (empty, but they do sell snacks and drinks at reception). "We’ve had a great experience with our stay. This is the second year we are seeing my parents and stay at this place for a few days. This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Very clean, the cleaning crew did an amazing job throughout the week, very quick in responding to any questions we had during our stay, looking forward to our next vacation in one year. "
